I had requested seating outside as I had kids and was sat right in the middle and had 10 kids and 10 adults and there was nobody on the patio. When I asked again when I got there if we could be seated outside they just ignored me. We were right where the bar was and the food came out so the kids had no where to move. I didn’t understand why if nobody was outside when we got there and the whole time we were there why we weren’t able to be seated out there. It was opened as they sat a few couples out there.

We sat outside…where the table arrangement was set up so we couldn’t even talk from one end of the table to the other. Sat for 20 minutes before we even got our drinks let alone order. With two small children this was quite a challenge. Waitress was very friendly but food was slow coming out.

The manager was a dick and very rude had to wait waaaay to long for food and they forgot half our order. Not impressed at all won’t be going back for a long time! It’s sad cause it my family’s favorite place to eat!!

The wait staff was excellent. Food was great. But it took 1hour and 45 mins to get our food. Almost 1hr to get our appetizers. We were told Togo orders come first before dining customers this is not right. This has happened 3 other times at lunch. Over 45 minutes to get our lunch. Probably won’t go back till they figure it out

We were there this past Thursday. Our food took over an hour to come out. Never saw a manager. Our waitress barely paid attention to us. Probably trying to avoid us because our food was taking so long. We've been there the past several Thursdays. It's the same excuse every time, take out is taking too long. We're going to give the Mt. Pleasant Bdubs a break for a while.

Very pleased with how they handled opening back up after being shutdown for COVID. The restaurant was very clean and they took all precautions to make sure everyone including staff was safe! Was glad to be able to dine in again

The service was good and they definitely worked with us considering we have never been there before and one of our party didn’t like the wings that she got and they replaced them with a different kind. Overall we will go back but we will try something different besides the wings.

Service was outstanding! Food was pretty good - ordered a burger well done but was a little pink. Not a huge deal. Was still ok to eat. We had a large group but were seated right away and server- sorry cannot remember his name - maybe Dustin - was awesome! Would return
