Buffalo Wild Wings - Kokomo
Was at Buffalo Wild Wings with my grandson for the Packers game with Philadelphia Our server Jen sat us very quickly at our favorite table. She is one of the best servers I have ever had anywhere and I encourage you to ask to sit in her section. The food was fantastic as usual. Jen kept our drinks full and made certain we had everything we wanted or needed.
Kokomo Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to watch NFL games.
My Grandson & I were at Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday October25, 2020 to watch the Packers and the Texans, we are both BIG PACKER FANS so we were very happy with the game outcome. We had a couple of appetizer's during the 1st half fried pickles and cheese curds (we are Packer fans) the place was pretty full and the waitresses were running around very busy, but our Waitress "Jeannie" did an EXCELLENT JOB of taking care of us throughout the entire game! Our drinks were always full and she checked with us regularly to see if we needed anything else. Just before half time we ordered a wrap and boneless wings with fries, just like the appetizer's had earlier, the food arrived quickly, hot and flavorful and exactly as we had ordered it.
I urge anyone to try the BW3 in Kokomo, IN and to ask for Jeannie when you do, you wont be sorry.
Good food, watched the ufc fight.
Made a reservation through Open Table however upon arrival was told that they didn't take reservations by a host who sarcastically laughed as though I was the one being ridiculous. Fortunately, they had outside seating available which was what we requested and we were told we could go outside and seat ourselves. The food was okay, fries were cold but edible and the wrap and boneless wings were decent. Our server was good, but not great. Average experience at best.
My 18 year old grandson, his father and I all being avid Packer fans went to BWW to watch the opening game of the 100th NFL Season on Thursday 9/5/2019. It was a great choice on our part.
We were sat at just about the BEST TABLE in the entire building to watch football from. Our server was very attentive and efficient by taking orders and refilling drinks without being in the way when the game was in progress.
The food was as good as we expected it to be. The orders were brought out quickly and were exactly what we had ordered.
The Manager even stopped by the table to invite us back next week.
Overall the food was great and priced reasonably. The service was great. A real five star experience!
Good, share
There was a mix up of some sort when we first got there which resulted in our appetizer not getting to our table for over an hour. Our server was very informative the whole time and was extremely apologetic. She ended up having the manager bring it out to explain the situation and the manager was very friendly and also apologetic and gave us two appetizer platters for free for their mess up. We were here to watch the NFL Playoffs so we were planning on staying a food while anyways. Mistakes do happen, it's how you address them and fix them that can make or break your business and this occurrence was taken care of nicely.
The only thing wrong with my visit was before my visit I called a head of time to make reservations because we had a big party, so I wanted to give them a heads up, but was informed they can reserve but may not honor it when you arrive, that needs to change in your policy, or don’t say you can reserve a table on Open Table
Restaurant had no clue we had made our reservation through the app. They did a great job squeezing our group of nine in though, even though they were busy.
