   We had a lovely dinner at the River District location. Staff were friendly and the venue is spacious. The booths were a tad tight but still comfortable. The food was amazing and well made. Would definitely return!

   Another great brunch at Bufala River District. We took advantage of the 1/2 price brunch 10am-11am. We shared the Rigatoni Bolognese and the Porchetta Hash. The rigatoni was cooked perfectly and the sauce, with the poached egg, was so tasty. The hash had loads of flavors from the sauce on the bottom and the seasoned porchetta. Definitely recommend both dishes.

   Reservation was easy to make.wewere greeted quickly upon entering. The food was good. We had a good variety of dishes to try. Loved the kale Caesar salad! Garlic bread was interesting, not too garlicky. Pizzas were good and the dips added extra flavour to the crust. Lots of free underground parking. The bench at the booth wasn’t very comfortable. Felt that the Table was too high, considering we were sitting low.

   Trying the brunch menu, we ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara, the Calabrian Sausage Benedict and the Finocchiona Pizza. The carbonara was fantastic, with lots of thick guanciale. The thick spaghetti noodle was especially good. The Benedict was very good, also. The eggs were done right (soft poach) and the slices of Calabrian sausage were a nice taste change-up from Canadian back bacon. The sauteed spinach was a nice touch. The pizza was a bit of overkill but was well worth trying.

    Waitress was amazing, wanted the lasagna but was disappointed to find they no longer have it on the menu….pls bring it back! Food was great, except the beets were too hard to eat, but they removed it from the bill! Great job, Bufala!
