Overall, good experience. Was nice of Earls to send out two plates for a birthday brunch gathering- thank you! We ended up waiting a bit for our bill at the end and noticed our server did not verbalize "last call" for Happy Hour but she was pleasant and kind and wished our friend a Happy Birthday.

It was great honestly. Every time we come to this location specifically we only have raving reviews. Earls staff helped coordinate a surprise dinner for my mom’s birthday and they were super accommodating, helpful, and genuinely excited to be part of the preparations. It was really nice. Our server helped my mom with her dinner order by suggesting an alternate dish that she ended up really enjoying. The food was prompt and delicious and everyone was really welcoming and kind. Top notch service especially in Vancouver where the service can be really abysmal nowadays.

We are in our late 70’s and only go for special occasions. The Keg is our choice to celebrate. We love the “ special” food ( lobster) The one things we especially enjoy are the lovely waiters we’ve always had. I said to my husband tonight that they must hire the staff on personality because we always have very friendly ones that add to the occasion. The Billy Miner pie they give complimentary is another reason we always go to the Keg. We used to line up for hours back when they first opened, so we’ve been patrons for well over 30 years.

Excellent quality food and reasonable for the River District restaurant.
