Hostess and servers were not prepared to handle the crowd for the concert. Those with reservations were forced to wait over 30 minutes for a table. Servers were under staffed, ours even stayed she didn’t even know there was a concert at the stadium. Felt like management is not communicating to the employees and/or didn’t care to staff appropriately for a sold out show.

Reservations are literally disregarded ("reservations don't matter" was verbatim from the staff) if there is an event going on which is normally the only time you'll be going here so don't bother making one.

After making a reservation online and arriving early to the restaurant, there was nobody at the front to check us in. Instead, there was a group of customers waiting to be seated. We had to chase down the hostess to check in. Once we checked in we were informed that it "didn't matter that we had a reservation and it was first come, first serve seating because everyone had a reservation." We patiently waited and were told that once this table left it would be ours. When those guests stood up to leave another group snagged the table from us and the hostess just laughed it off and thought it was funny that they grabbed the table. Once we finally were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time, it took another 20 minutes for our waitress to come and take our order. We placed our order, and the bar was backed up. We didn't receive our appetizer until we asked for it, after our entrees arrived. Overall, I understand that it was a busy night for the place, but I can't imagine they never experience it being that busy with game days and other events happening at the stadium across the street.

First; didn’t need the “last” reservation! It was. It crowded. Our waitress was good. Food was just okay. My chicken in my salad was extremely dry. Should have sent back. Not a place I would revisit :(

This was a fun experience. Brew house was decorated so pretty and plenty of photo opportunities. The Grinch interacted with us throughout the night. The drinks were good. We did not try the food since we ate before hand but the pretzels people were getting looked so good. The paying $20 dollars per person just to reserve a table was a little expensive but I think it went to charity, so it makes it worth it.

It was an experience. However, paying 20 a person to get in, and then paying for food Ans drinks with no credit back towards the meal, was not a great economic choice. We will not be returning for future pop up events.

honestly not worth the money. All of ballpark village was out of heat on a negative windchill day. Because of the cold weather we ordered hot drinks and both came out cold. Drinks were ok but not great. Food wasn’t bad, all they had were appetizers. The music they had playing was Christmas but it was all slow songs while we were there so it was putting us to sleep. The place was freezing. We paid for two hours and did not even stay a full 30 minutes. It was extremely disappointing. We’ve been to a lot of pop Christmas bars and this was by far the worst. There are better Christmas pop up bars that are free and not $20 per ticket to secure a reservation, which typically we would not care. We have paid for reservations at pop bars but it’s usually worth the money, both cocktails, food, and ambiance.

We were disappointed with our experience. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full. We were allowed a 2 hour timeslot and it took 40 minutes to receive our first drink, after having to ask the waitress, because the table next to us was already getting a second round of drinks. She was confused and didn't even realize that we hadn't received our drinks yet. We saw another table of patrons get up and leave because the service was so slow. The music was so loud that it was impossible to hear each other speak. The food tasted fine; however, we had to ask for plates and the queso with chips was cold and the chips were all smashed up.

The food was cold, it seem more prepared and just pop in to get warm. but it's an full kitchen there. Me and my guest had left after stating our food was cold. But overall it an okay spot. They do have full bar services just wish the food selection was a little more than what they offer or just be hot food and not luke warm or cold

I will start with , I should have never made a reservation on the same night as 12 bars pub crawl. It was a total nightmare to find the entrance, we were required wait in a 20 minute security line with unruly drunk people only to find we had to wait even longer to get inside, and experienced more nasty drunks. Once inside, we enjoyed the food and drink, but will not return nor encourage anyone to try and navigate this mess.

I cannot remember the last time I was more disappointed in anything. The drink menu is very limited and there are no NA options for guests who do not drink alcohol. The food menu is very limited too. And the service was horrible! Our server clearly did not want to be there but was very quick to tell us when our time was up. Considering that one has to pay $20 a person just to get in the door, I would say save your money and check out the many other options for holiday cheer in STL.

The drinks were great - the food options were terrible and overpriced (we got 5 toasted Ravs for $9?! And the marinara was cold - ice cold. The service was really good and the decorations were amazing.

Decorations were cute, grinch walking around for pictures and servers in "ugly sweaters" advertising alchohol brands. While drinks definitely more tailored to the time of year and tasty, the food choices were underwhelming. About 7 apps and only 1 "dessert" that were basically standard fare, just with another name. We are glad we ate out beforehand and planned to have desserts, arriving at 9 pm. We placed 2 orders for the donut holes dessert and they only had one left at 915. Disappointed with the menu, particularly as we had to pay $22.50/person just to reserve a table of 6 before any food/drinks. Very little value for what we paid.

Didn’t end up getting to try any food since they were out of what we tried to order. Decor was cute but not as cute as a couple of the other Christmas pop up bars in the area. We had fun, won’t do it again. We were seated right next to the door. Wasn’t a lot of fun picture opportunities. They were out of the fun Christmas cups- food was just bar food. Not a huge variety of Christmas drinks. Our server was sweet, but going to the bar was easier.

Drinks were cute. Food was pretty terrible. Got queso and chips, was fully cold when we got it. Asked them to heat it up, came back a second time still way below room temperature so we just dealt with it. Santa and the Grinch made appearances and were very cute and engaging, we saw them more than our server. Our server was nice, just never around. After waiting for over 15 minutes to order drinks, tried looking for her, had to go to the hostess station to ask for her, and waited another 10 minutes after that. And the food was still worse than the service.
