Went for dinner after Confirmation. Service was excellent, food was great, and they were very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that we really could have used the elevator for a couple of elderly grandparents who had issues with the stairs. They said it was broken.

Spaghetti was full of water and was like they dumped a can tomatoes on some noodles and called it Spaghetti. Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo had no taste. Mozzarella triangles used to be the size of my fist and now are the size of paper footballs. Manager took off chicken which was great but me and my family will not be going back. Last time we were there was five years ago and it was amazing quality has dropped drastically hopefully they can come back from this.

My Family and I were going here for years and we would enjoy our time however the experience has drastically changed. The Sangria we ordered was watered down and the mix didnt taste really good so we had to send it back. The Calamari and Clam pasta which we normally enjoyed lacked salt and the pizza was okay. To top it all off we ordered a bottle of wine instead of the sangria and the wineglasses that were sent were not clean as it had lipstick smudges on the side (no one in our party was wearing lipstick)

We have always enjoyed the atmosphere in this restaurant. I have to say we were a little disappointed in the pizza Arrabiata that had always been a favorite before. It just didn’t have the same quality. We brought the whole family and ordered spaghetti and meatballs, a salad, and some chicken Parm. Of the lot the chicken Parm was the best. We also love the huge meatballs! The antipasto salad was mostly field greens. It was fine and we had fun but it wasn’t as good as it used to be.

Never had a bad dish. My family of 8/10+ visit periodically for a get together and we are never disappointed. Our tall waiter with an accent, Joe, was great! Very thorough and attentive to our needs.

Service was only exactly what was required. Could have been a bit friendlier. Since we were a party of 2 food portions of salad & pasta were huge. Salad was good but could have served 4 - 6 not 2-3 as presented. Pasta Marinara was also huge serving 4-6. Al dente but almost flavorless. Chicken parmigiana was good..But again quite bland. With 3 glasses of wine (very sparingly poured) the tab totaled $108. We will not return for a meal very soon if ever

Haven’t been to Buca in a few years and wanted to go there. We knew it would be a little pricey, but for the quality of food and service, it was way overpriced. The calamari was tough to chew. My son’s drink was watered down and my dry martini was made with mostly vermouth and tasted terrible. The waiter must have been new because he was nervous and rarely checked on us. I made reservations because I was worried the place would be busy on a Saturday night at 6:30 pm, but just the opposite. It’s no wonder Buca was not busy.

Would have been four stars but the bathroom was disgusting. It smelled and was filthy. It was so bad that the area near it smelled also (outside the bathroom). Otherwise we were pleasantly surprised. We had avoided eating here for several years after multiple instances of bad service and mediocre food. Yesterday our server was excellent, and the food was good. Its just really sad that they can't get rid of that smell!

This chain has gone downhill. Expensive and definitely not worth the price. The schtick is dates and the drop in quality is unacceptable for the prices charged. The service was great. Everything else was meh.

I don’t know why I bothered stating we were celebrating my wife’s birthday in the app! I figured that they would have had something already lined up to go, such as cake or dessert since I was asked way ahead of time when I made the reservation. Good atmosphere, some food was over done, but good nonetheless. For dropping $150, it would have been nice to have her birthday acknowledged without me telling our server. Just wow.

A small group of friends celebrating a birthday. Our server was extremely nice and accommodating. Cocktails, Appetizers and entrees came out in a timely manner. All of our food had great flavor. Bonus for the chef providing extra sauce to go! Will try desert next time- we were just too full. Overall, a great experience and will return.

We had a terrible experience. Our waitress was newer, didn't seem to know the menu well and certainly was not attentive to our needs. The food came out at different times, most was warm - at best. The beverages were wrong - my daughter's lemonade tasted like water, the Mt. Dew she got to replace it tasted awful, and the waitress didn't seem concerned at all. My daughter's friend's dinner was the wrong one. My salad came out with no gorgonzola on it (the cheese is literally in the name of the dish) and the waitress again didn't seem to be concerned. When we expressed our issues with the manager, he had the nerve to say that our dinners had come out in 19 minutes - but we were there for nearly 1.75 hours, and certainly not because we were drinking/having fun/eating several courses...just because that's how slow the service was. We will never go back to this place, ever. The manager did take some $$ off of the bill and gave my daughter a free dessert (it was her birthday). All in all this experience was a disappointment - at best.

The staff was very nice and the food was good, but the whole restaurant is in need of a deep clean, new ceilings and new carpets.
