   Renee our server was great! And for New years eve I was very pleased with timing and food as we were heading to a movie after our early dinner.

   Possibly it was the holiday, but whatever happened, it was very poor planning on the part of the restaurant. We were seated at 4:15 for a 4:00 reservation. After being told an hour later that two of the things that we ordered were no longer available, we settled for spaghetti and marinara, not what we came for at all. It was served about 6:15, two full hours after we were seated. Our server did everything that she could to help, but her hands were tied. She was very upset by all of the issues that we had. After finally being served, neither the spaghetti nor the marinara was warm. This makes me doubt that I will ever go back.

   I understand that it was Christmas and you can expect a longer wait for your food. however, almost 2 hours wait for food from time you ordered is unexceptable. We were told by the manager the kitchen was behind and it would take up to an hour to get food once it was ordered and we understood completely . Our food came out 1 hour and 47 minutes after we ordered and was not even hot, in fact it was barely warm. Our waitress did her best but they just kept seating tables instead of letting the kitchen catch up. We never got bread and had to try in catch our waitress just to get drinks refilled. After that had to wait 20 minutes just to get our check. We were told by our waitress that they have her going in 6 directions at once. I saw people walk out after an hour because they never saw the waitress again or got any food. This whole situation was out of control. They should not do take out and try to cook for a house full of people at the same time. We were told that they take out took 1st prioity over in house and that was why they were so behind. Spent almost 200.00 for two people - very very disappointed. Do not got on holiday.

   We had reservations for 12/25 on Christmas Day for 3:30pm. We arrived on time and were seated immediately, and that was the last immediate thing that happened. We did not leave the restaurant until 6:00pm. The kitchen was so horribly behind and our server oscillated between really snarky and extremely nice; she was in a tough spot dealing with so many tables. People got up and left repeatedly in the section we were in and they kept seating more guests. We recieved the appetizer we ordered after we had been there for 45 minutes. It was essentially another hour until we had our main dishes. Our 11 year old son was hangry and frankly so were many people at other tables. The manager was a joke coming over to "touch tables" at the 45 minute mark. Apparently the manager felt sharing with us that they were out of chicken and she had just returned from buying some made a difference in our feelings about wait time. It's one thing to take on-line/call-in orders and a completely other situation when you have guests in seats in house. Our server shared at one point that they were prioritizing the on-line/call-in orders instead of the in-house orders.

   It's just like anywhere now day's.. Can't get and keep good help . It's always been to expensive. 1 small bowl of spaghetti 1 drink .. With tip $80.. Wow

   1/2 hour after we placed our order told we were out of eggplant, also out of liquor for my Long Island and used something cherry instead, never told me but overheard the bar tender talking about it and it tasted weird and was like 12.00

   We had a reservation and the host left us standing waiting for 10 minutes while she looked for a table for us. She said sorry I’m new at this. It was Christmas Eve perhaps have someone with a little experience working as a host. Food was average at best. Chopped salad was the best part. Chicken parm was ok, fettuccine alfredo was not good and the meat in the sauce in the spaghetti and meat sauce had a very strange flavor. Spent over $150 for three of us. Will not be returning.

   Excellent wait staff!! She was amazing -felt like I was having dinner with my family!! Food was amazing, hot, and Yummy!! Can’t wait to eat the left overs!!!

    Waited an hour before getting a server to greet us. Food took forever, brought out wrong food, and Pepsi was “out”. Server in our little room (not our server) wouldn’t even look at us or acknowledge us while in a small space with her. Just a lack of care.
