   This restaurant is currently CLOSED and has been since June 12, 2024, yet for some reason they are still open for reservations on this app, and I got the "confirm your reservation" text yesterday. DO NOT book a reservation without finding out if they have reopened first.

   One of the best servers took care of us. Lindsy was phenomenal, Pleasant, Funny & attentive which makes for a great server/waitress. The food was friggin great as usual. Am experience we’ll never forget. The bar has been set high. Thank you for treating us like family.

   We've been here in the past and while never expected it to be the cheapest option, the price for how much you get served has gotten really bad. The "large" serving portions, especially the salad was ridiculous. Paying that much for a salad that isn't much bigger than the free salad at Olive Garden was terrible. And the pasta amount wasn't all that impressive. The value has just really gone down and we probably won't return anytime soon. The ambiance was good, service was fine, and the taste of the food was good. Value just wasn't though.

   Our server was good. But the restaurant had a private event in one of the rooms that left a shortage of staff and supplies as well as delays in other areas of the restaurant

   Our waitress told us 5 wouldn’t fit at a booth and stated the kitchen was an hour behind schedule. The only thing more obvious than her desire not to serve us, was the restaurants refusal to use air conditioning. The food was meh at best, and we were told our coupon would take 20 minutes or so to process, but “don’t worry it’s good till the end of the month” like I would ever go back to this embarrassment of a restaurant again. Would rather eat a strangers left over Olive Garden.

   We had reservations for 5:45 on Mothers Day and were seated after 6pm. There were a lot of people in the lobby, and you could hear people complaining about their to go orders and other diners requesting to speak to managers immediately. Our server was very nice and told us the kitchen was running behind so there was a little bit of a wait. It also was extremely hot in the restaurant as if they had turned off the AC. We ordered a bottle of wine, and the person who opened the bottle broke the cork opening it. We also ordered fettuccine Alfredo and added chicken, but it came without chicken. We alerted our server immediately and it took 45 minutes for the chicken to come out. We paid our bill and boxed the rest of our food before it arrived. Overall, it took 2 1/2 hours for us to get our meals and cash out. I had visited this franchise in Chicago and was hoping for a similar experience. We really liked our server, but other than that, it was not a good experience.

   Felt very hot when you walked in the restaurant. Our server was trying but she just seemed so defeated as she got our 5:45 table. The restaurant “ran out of ice”, clean cups (my MIL had a plastic solo cup one) and dirty tables were everywhere not to mention it just felt warm in there. Apps and drinks arrived in good time but it took forever to get our entrees. Ended up being a 3 hour dinner and we just wanted to leave.

    Waited for food for two hours and decided to just box them. Chicken parmigiana was dry. I think Buca was overbooked on reservations and understaffed, plus they're still accommodating take out orders.
