   For a night that was not very busy our waiter was slow at coming around, and he didn’t remember to bring us drinks that we asked for. We asked for a high chair when we first arrived then we had to ask again when we got to our table, then we had to ask for a kids menu which seems that it should have been obvious that we needed one. Our lasagna was disappointing because the cheese was dry. The waiter failed to tell us that we would be getting complimentary bread before we ordered more bread. The lemon caper chicken, the pizza and the salad was tasty, but I feel that it was over priced for the quality and quantity.

   I am appalled by the management at this establishment! I do understand that it was Mother’s Day but we had a reservation for 1:45 and had to wait until 3:00 to be sat and still had to split our party up to be sat at that time. The manager refused to even ask the party that had been there for 4 hours to be considerate to the people waiting to be sat for their reservations. It was a total crap show and our family and I know many others were completely disgusted the absolute disregard of this place for our time. We will not be returning to this location and will be leaving our reviews on all platforms for all to see so that they will know that the customer does not matter to management here and to reserve your time and money for a place that values its customers more.

   We got seated upstairs and it took 20 minutes before we had a waiter come to the table , the waiter was tending to a large party and we where left unattended with no backup person to take care of us . We also ordered a pizza that did not get delivered with our order we just told them to forget it since we had waited so long it was Ridiculous . Towards the end of our meal another party of 4 was seated at the booth in front of us with another waiter and they were attended to right away and received there food as we where finishing and being told they forget to put in pizza order Very disappointed!!!

   While I understand the experience of family style food offerings, what I would consider the price, to value and taste of the food is nothing special. One of the dishes we ordered was a little cold on the inside, and tasted of what I could best describe as having freezer burn. Most of the other food I would say was average at best compared to other Italian chain restaurants. Maybe it's because it was a midweek with barely any people in the restaurant, but will give them another shot at some point in the future and will update my opinion then.

   Took my girl out for dinner and a movie this evening. Chose the restaurant in Mira Mesa (San Diego). The first thing I noticed is that the place was half empty on a Saturday night. Pretty apparent that this lovely economy is having its effect already. The food was good. Server was attentive. I was struggling with the idea that a shared 3-piece of chicken parmesan and a Caesar salad should hit nearly $100. Didn't see the value. Won't be back. Which explains why people aren't knocking down the doors to go there right now. Good luck!

    It has been ages since we have been here, but it was delicious and fun! Viviana was so good and kind and gave us the best customer experience! There was a kids birthday party next to us that was a bit out of control with noise and running around, but they finally left so we could enjoy our birthday celebration as well. We will be back! Yummy food!
