Our dinner was wonderful. Our server was very nice as well.

We had dinner with the family and some small children, what a great experience and the food was fantastic. This was our first time and we will absolutely be back.

service and one of the only places in Northern Utah you can get into with a big group.

Were able to get a last minute reservation for 7 people! Family style and the food was very good. Setvice was excellent.

Fiod is vary tasty and portions are huge to feed all seating at the table!

Great experience with waitress and food

Very little food for the money menu says it will feed three but it was just 3 small pieces of chicken any sides or bread is an additional cost and the 3 pieces of chicken would have left us so very hungry

Food was good designed for larger groups decor was very dated windows were very clean get rid of the sanitary bathrooms neon sign though almost didn't go in this shouldn't be something to brag about.

Great ambiance, service was good as well as the food. A little on the higher price but but overall a pleasant experience.

The food was just okay.However, the room we were assigned to was freezing and had cold air blowing out of the vents. The floor was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Management needs to focus on the basics and provide a clean and comfortable environment. We won’t go there again.

It was a great small New Years Eve gathering to celebrate. Management did well checking in and our server was really great! Food was pretty good, not exactly worth the money knowing how much a plate of pasta cost to make, but the atmosphere and friends make it worth it!

I had to send my chicken back it was under cooked but the waitress was very nice about taking care of that.

Had a pleasant meal with my wife. It was nice to have the option for a dine-in meal again. It will take some time to get used to the "new norm".

Overall not that great of a way to celebrate a birthday. They didn't email me their huge "birthday Sunday" offer so I couldn't get that. The salad was soggy, bread hard, and pasta was dry. I guess for family style it was ok but it will be a LONG time before I go back

Went for a date and made reservation for valentine, they never seated us not honored reservation time; waited over an hour then went to eat Italian downtown Salt Lake City

Ash was our server and she was AMAZING. The place was so busy because of the Valentines holiday but she took care of us and helped us enjoy our special night.

The spaghetti was bland, chicken was rubbery and the salad was swimming in dressing. Overall, we ate hardly any of the food and would never go back

hard to find a place to eat on Christmas Day, but when you are skiing and from out of town, Buca is a place you can count on to be open. 6:30 didn't seem to be a late time to eat, but unfortunately, they were out of a lot of things, (Marinara Sauce, meaning anything served with or cooked with Marinara or Rosa sauce was not available)(also out of all salads).. food we had was quite tasty. Server Jesus was friendly and gracious, and apologized for the limited menu, so it ended up being a good experience. Besides, you can't get mad at Jesus on Christmas!

Opentable - you should be ashamed to have this restaurant on your listing. First, the service was unequivocally the worst that I have ever experienced in a restaurant setting. To begin, our waitress left us half way through placing our order. Ten minutes later, she randomly returned and told us that she went to get us “ciabatta bread” but didn’t have it with her. She returned 5 minutes later with cold buns - and no olive oil or butter. (We learned an hour later from another waitress that they have both and should have been brought to the table.) Next, the waitress dumped someone else’s credit card on my plate and was perplexed that I wanted a clean plate (she obviously didn’t offer, I had to stop her to ask for one.) Next, we ordered a dish to go in addition to our meal. The waitress acknowledged this when she took the order, but staying true to form, she didn’t put the order in for the to go dish until she gave us the bill. Finally, attempting to pay the bill — I had to ask for it (fair enough). I tried to give her my card when she brought the bill but she didn’t even acknowledge me. I sat for 15 minutes with the check and my card at the end of the table, but she never returned. I finally stopped another waitress to take my bill.

On to the food - I have been to several other locations in Chicago and Orlando and had a great experience, but here, what happened? We waited for thirty minutes for garlic bread - pretty bad. It was just a bun loaded with butter and garlic. We waited for 90 minutes for a bowl of spaghetti with meatballs and a bowl of penne. Pasta was so poorly cooked that the noodles stuck together, the meatballs were overcooked, and the marinara was incredibly bland.

Oh, but it gets worse - they ran out of food! At 6pm, we heard the waitresses say that they were out of all salads, pizzas, lasagna and garlic bread! How does that happen? By 7pm, they locked the door and turned away customers.
And how many times did we hear sorry? ZERO!

We visited Christmas Day, and we won’t be back. The restaurant was packed, and we waited nearly 30 minutes for our table, despite having a reservation. The food was sub par, and the service was terrible. We finally went into the server area ourselves to fetch to-go containers after our waitress disappeared for the duration of our meal. Overall, I would rate our experience as poor.

A good choice for our Christmas dinner and then went on to a movie. Highly recommend the stuffed shells and antipasto salad. Service was good, food was good and because we dined a bit early [1:30 p.m.] it wasn't crowded and we had a nice quiet table.

As always the meal was incredible. Garlic cheese bread should be a mandatory appetizer before every meal. Chicken carbonara had all the flavor you'd expect. Spaghetti and meatballs was a bit bland. Without the meatballs it's just noodles with red sauce that doesn't pack much punch. Overall though a great place to celebrate Thanksgiving.

First time out for Thanksgiving dinner. Nice change.

Always Delicious, we especially love the Antipasti, 2 Salads and 1 entrée, and we took home leftovers.

We had the Pope table room for my daughter's 17th birthday dinner. We asked for ordering advice to ensure that we had enough for 10 people. Unfortunately, we overshot the ordering and had way too much food. We'll be eating leftovers all week! Wish that we could have ordered more appropriately.

The food was good. Our waiter was great. However, I've never felt more unwelcomed by a host/hostess/greeter, in my life. She seemed very unhappy that we would actually walk though the front door. She didn't even greet me, ask if I had reservations, or ask how many people were in my party. After what felt like a couple of minutes of awkward silence, she pick up some menus and walked down the hall obviously expecting us to follow her. And, yes I did have a reservation as well as additional party member who had not yet arrived. And, yes I do have an expectation to be welcomed when I walk into a restaurant as it tends to set the tone for the evening (or, in this case the afternoon).

Due to a pork allergy, I haven't been able to enjoy a meatball sub in years. Their meatball sub, especially with the onions and peppers, was fantastic.
