   We had a large party of 20. Our waiter, Jose, took care of us wonderfully. The portions were huge and we had a ton of leftovers but we took it all home. It was a great place to eat and chat with a large party of adults and children.

   This experience needed a review. I hope they take it seriously. When arriving to the place, the staff looked suprised, made us wait to prepare a table and when we got inside there was nobody at the restaurant, it made us wonder , why were we waiting for ? The service was terrible. The waitress was literally annoyed by us ordering food . We cut our visit short and left. The vibe in the place felt very weird . Although the food was good, I won’t be attending to this place again if I have to beg somebody to treat me well.

   The food was bland, cold, terrible; the service was lousy and they missed our requests and bar was overly loud with TV. Not one thing went right!

   Good was mediocre, service was slow despite it not being busy, and the ambiance was sufficient.

   Food was good but could have been warmer. When we asked for “to go” boxes, our server handed us the boxes, which made us box up our own food.

   If you like to order a la carte, go. But I like my meal complete on one plate and one price. For five of us over $250. is a bit much.

   Absolutely no, just no. Not only were some employees intoxicated on Christmas but the waiter never checked in ONCE! No napkins, no silverware, and on top of that the food costed $151. After only ordering small family portions. My own cooking is better than this. How are you gonna serve me soggy chicken parm? Cheesy bread with a hint of cheese, why are we rationing cheese on cheesy bread? Absolutely no, just no.

   Greeters were unapproachable and barely said anything when I checked in. Our server was also the bartender. She was great, but service would have been even better if she wasn’t juggling between serving and bartending. Utensils were missing. Was never asked for any refills. Was never offered bread. My son’s kids meal was forgotten about. Had to keep chasing down our server for things but felt bad because she was in the middle of bartending. It was awkward.

    Great service by our waiter Jun! Very professional and courteous. Terrible service by the hosts and manager dressed as the "Grinch". We were a party of 6, some of us plus sized, who they squeezed into a tight booth in a half empty restaurant. I asked if we could have one of the larger empty tables but was refused by the Grinch as they were reserved for reservations. What?...Open Table doesn't count as a reservation? What also ticked me off when they sat smaller parties at larger tables (party of 4 at a round six-top). Thankfully Jun took pity on us and swapped us into a larger table that could handle the family style meal we planned to order. He saved our Christmas! "Grinch", you almost ruined our Holiday and we will probably not dine at this Buca di Beppo again because of you.
