The service was absolutely terrible - we arrived at 1:15 and did not get served pasta until after 2PM. I had to ask our server at least 5 times for my daughter’s macaroni and cheese - she was starving. As was the process for the rest of our food. The restaurant was empty but each time I had to stand up and find the server who was never around. The server did not instruct us at all on portion size. We came with 2 adults and 6 small children and ended up spending 300 dollars. I was floored when I saw she had us spend $60 dollars on salads for 2 adults and 6 small kids - $40 of which was 1 large Cesar salad. I was so upset with the experience I tried speaking to the manager who did not care at all. In fact she was the one who ultimately delivered the macaroni to the table so she knew just how many times we had asked for our food…..

All the Italian historical memorabilia was interesting. The food was excellent. Food temperature was hot and in big portions. The caprese was fresh and tasty. Atmosphere and service was good. I didn’t get to try the desert, which I should always do - next time perhaps…

Service was great but the restaurant itself is very noisy. Portions seem to have gotten smaller for the value. With other options out there for Italian I probably won’t be back to Bucca.

We had a large party of 20. Our waiter, Jose, took care of us wonderfully. The portions were huge and we had a ton of leftovers but we took it all home. It was a great place to eat and chat with a large party of adults and children.

This experience needed a review. I hope they take it seriously. When arriving to the place, the staff looked suprised, made us wait to prepare a table and when we got inside there was nobody at the restaurant, it made us wonder , why were we waiting for ? The service was terrible. The waitress was literally annoyed by us ordering food . We cut our visit short and left. The vibe in the place felt very weird . Although the food was good, I won’t be attending to this place again if I have to beg somebody to treat me well.

The food was bland, cold, terrible; the service was lousy and they missed our requests and bar was overly loud with TV. Not one thing went right!

Food was good but could have been warmer. When we asked for “to go” boxes, our server handed us the boxes, which made us box up our own food.
