Price point great for food and drink quality and for quantity offered. Friendly staff but severely understaffed.

Definitely went down hill. All deep fried foods, terrible. My daughter’s fish had a worm inside, none of us had an appetite after that. Never will go back. Monterey location.

Unfortunately we felt as if our waitress, forgot about us. It was our first visit there. So we were very undecisive of what we wanted because there were so many great choices. She didn't come back and check on us. And we had to search for someone to give us our good check. And after he gave us our check, he found her and she came over. It would have been nice to feel a little bit more welcomed and to have a waitress that really cared about us.

Amazing food and service. Great waiters. They played trivia with us while we waited for our appetizers. Made the experience more delightful .

I’m not one who usually complains because I work in the service industry, but our waitress never came and checked on us when we got our food we didn’t get any refills so we just asked for a boxes, the check and left. It was unfortunate because we were really looking forward to the experience we were celebrating a birthday

We look forward to coming here always. This time around I was disappointed. The host tried to sit us outside on high chairs which I was not expecting. I told her I made a reservation and wanted a table inside instead. She said we don't have any at the time I said I would wait. After 30 minutes we were seated next to the door again I didn't want sit there.finally we were moved to a table inside with a view. Food was rushed and bill was brought up quickly. They didn't see it was a birthday celebration on the reservation. I will need to rethink about coming back.

Great as usual. I had the shrimp scampi and my husband had fish & chips, warm and delicious. Good service.

I want to preface by saying our waitress was AMAZING. Loved her. However, the hosts at the front of the restaurant were a different story. Initially, the one host was fine. But while we were waiting for our table, another host came out and began arguing with him that he should replace him. They began arguing, swearing, and calling each other the "N" word. They swore profusely inches from my children and other families. Not one, but two managers had to come out and speak with them, but there was never an apology to anyone who witnessed any of this. I don't mind an argument, but it was done with such blatant disregard for guests, and no one seemed to care that these two hosts were cussing and yelling at one another - and that was the first thing people saw and heard upon arrival. However, once inside, our waitress was lovely and everything was as it should be.
