Overall we had an amazing experience, we reserved out table to have a Father’s Day dinner. We were served by Diego. We loved his service! He’s such an awesome fun guy. We will definitely be back

Our waiter,Diego, was great! Very friendly and prompt. Never had to wait on a drink refill and food came out quickly,

As always enjoyed my visit at this bubba gump location. Kaylan was a great server and the food was great. I will be showing at this location again in the future.

Took over an hour from the time we sat down to get food. Steak was ordered medium and it was very rare- inedible.

Bubba Gump accommodated our large party, very last minute! Ricky, the manager went above and beyond to make sure we had the best table/views and a wonderful server! Highly recommend Bubba Gumps!

Food took a long time to come out and was a bit disappointing considering the price. One of the orders was wrong and the area around the table could've been cleaner. I feel like they sat a bunch of the families with small kids all in the same area so you can imagine the chaos. Really wanted to like it but the Seafood feast was quite lack luster for 30 bucks. Server was very nice though so that helped the experience. Just wouldn't go here for the food...it's mid at best.

We had to wait for about three hours for our food. Then, the food came and it was cold. The server was trying to give us a good service but the kitchen was behind. Lastly, we paid and didn’t noticed that the server didn’t gave us our card back. When we noticed, we went back there and she said she didn’t have it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ We had to cancel it right away.

The food was not seasoned well; Cajun seasoning with no salt, just heat. The fried platter came with large hush puppies to hide the size of the shrimp and whatever cheap fish that was. The Cole slaw and all peeled garlic shrimp tasted great but the rest was disappointing. Thx for Great atmosphere though.
