   Food took a long time to come out and was a bit disappointing considering the price. One of the orders was wrong and the area around the table could've been cleaner. I feel like they sat a bunch of the families with small kids all in the same area so you can imagine the chaos. Really wanted to like it but the Seafood feast was quite lack luster for 30 bucks. Server was very nice though so that helped the experience. Just wouldn't go here for the food...it's mid at best.

   We had to wait for about three hours for our food. Then, the food came and it was cold. The server was trying to give us a good service but the kitchen was behind. Lastly, we paid and didn’t noticed that the server didn’t gave us our card back. When we noticed, we went back there and she said she didn’t have it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ We had to cancel it right away.

   The food was not seasoned well; Cajun seasoning with no salt, just heat. The fried platter came with large hush puppies to hide the size of the shrimp and whatever cheap fish that was. The Cole slaw and all peeled garlic shrimp tasted great but the rest was disappointing. Thx for Great atmosphere though.

   Food was expected. Nothing to rave about but decent. Couple mistakes on our order but it happens. Odd they don’t have real butter. I ordered mashed potatoes as my side, then asked for some butter. They brought a cup of butter flavored oil. That’s not butter people! Wasn’t very good. Our server Kathy was very nice but someone needs to tell her that the customers really don’t want to hear about her medical problems at length (nor her mother’s bone spurs!) I noticed she talked about it with several tables. overall just okay, probably wouldn’t come back. Not worth what they charge.

   The host was amazing, welcoming had a skile and really started us off right. The environment was great as well But after that it all went down hill. Service was HORRIBLE. Manager was not present at all and good was sub par. Definitely wasted 200 bucks.

   On the Sunday we came place was almost full and we had to wait more than normal to get our meals. It was sad because normally the service and timming is good and this time we invited a friend who came from another country and he get a little bit dissapointed because the time for delivery took too long. In general I recomend it, but need to improve on timming under this circumstances. Food as always was good, good taste and good ambience.

   We enjoyed our NY’s Eve dinner at Bubba Gump. Food was really good, they have great ceviche. Crowded but it’s normal for the day/time.

   Visiting from the UK and the worst over priced meal we’ve had on the entire trip; wouldn’t recommend or return. Advised food would be 20mins and then a told it would be a further 20mins but still didn’t arrive until beyond this period. When the food did arrive it was cold as though it had just been sat in the kitchen for a good while - very poor when it was simply burger / chicken with chips meals. Felt sorry for the waiter as it seemed he was just rushed and there didn’t appear to be enough staff. I wanted to raise and complain to a manager, but we were already running late having waited so long for the food so just finished and paid the bill. Suggest visitors go to Saltgrass at Kemah instead as the food was excellent.
