   They loose m’y reservation. We order two different shrimps plates, not worth the price they charge. I went before in other bubba Gump restaurant and I was a big fan, but this one don’t worth it.

   Bubba Gump was nothing short of a great time! Melanie, our waitress, was incredibly energetic and helpful. She guided us through the menu with great recommendations and even invited us to play the Forrest Gump trivia game, which added a fun touch to the experience. Anytime we needed anything, she was right there to assist with a smile. The overall energy was fantastic, and even though the kids can’t remember a thing about Forrest Gump, they loved being part of the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

   Pros- had a reservation and was seated quickly. We did have a good server. Cons- most people in our party were unhappy with their food. One had the fish and chips and stated there was no crunch or flavor and was overall rubbery. Was also served cold fries. Another member of my party had shrimp linguine. He stated the noodles had no flavor and the shrimp was not deveined and was rubbery. Overall would plan on eating somewhere else next time.

   Good food, good ambience, not too crowded. I would recommend it if you are near universal studios.

   Truly, such a horrible experience. I had a party of 12 reservation for my grandmother‘s birthday, which is tradition to go eat at bubba gump every year. Some of my party starts to call me to ask me. Hey have you called Bubba Gump? Because they’re ready to pay for parking in the parking attendant tell them bubble Gump is closed and that it’s been closed since the morning reservations were at 7:45 PM. I am so confused because my reservation is there no emails no phone calls. No text messages. Nothing from OpenTable to let me know the restaurant is closed. It was a horrible experience for my grandma. She felt bad on her birthday because it’s 12 of us scrambling on what to do last minute at almost 8 PM. That’s just unacceptable to not reach out to any parties with reservations a blast email phone calls if the Resturant knew since the morning that there has been an issue with construction. They had enough time to find a solution to let the parties with reservations know.

   We had reservations and showed to find the entire restaurant was closed. No sign, no notification, just closed.

    Freezing and took forever to get the bill. Waitress was nice and drinks were bomb.
