We were greeted at the front by a lady who told us that our reservation was not a reservation but an appointment to join the wait line. We got a table 30 minutes after we started our 5-minute wait to be seated. The waiter took forever to get drink orders and we ended up skipping the appetizer for fear that we would be there all night and the children would starve to death before we actually got the meals. When the meals arrived, although they were delicious, they were incomplete with sides missing and it took almost an hour to get all of the children's dinner and one of our party had to practically go in the kitchen and get it herself. The waiter was new but that did not help when we saw him outside smoking while we were waiting for him to come back for drink refills. The food and drinks were wonderful but the customer service skills for both front end and wait staff needs a LOT of work.

Bang bang shrimp was great. Crab boil was bad. All of it was majorly overcooked, the andouille sausage was too fatty to eat and the shrimp wasn't washed before put in the pot.

Reservation for 7pm, still had a 20 minute wait. Service was HORRIBLE, but I attribute this to our very novice server who acknowledged after 45 minutes of waiting for our food and him telling us it was almost ready that he forgot to ring it in. He forgot drinks, no refills, didn't know the menu. That being said, he was kind and apologetic and I really think he was doing his best - serving may just not be a good fit for him. The food was good; pricey but in line with Gatlinburg pricing. Large drink menu with fun options. The restaurant had a great feel. Bathrooms needed a lot of attention but it was a very busy holiday weekend. Overall, glad we went but probably won't go back.

Small menu. Small portions. Bad food. Not good at all. VERY EXPENSIVE for what you get. My wife and I were very disappointed. Can't hold a candle to the Gumps in Orlando. Just bad over all.

Although my reservation was confirmed and received several reminders up until reservation time about my reservation. When my party arrived I was advised they did not have enough to seat our party of 17. They apologized and said online allows reservation for a group but in reality it’s not an option. We was advised that it would be a few hours to accommodate my party of 17. After expressing my concern/frustration I then was advised it would take approximately 30 mins or more to arrange seating for us. We were seated in about 15-20 mins. The food was great, atmosphere was cool, Trivia, singing, and dancing was very entertaining and our server Eman was AMAZING!! I must say although with a large group like ours he should have definitely had help. Yet, he held it down and still had fun with us. Overall, Bubba Gump was a great experience and yes we would return and even asked for Eman as our waiter.

Food was great and price was what we expected. The service was terrible. We sat for close to 30 minutes before they took our drink order. Everything after that was supper slow. We were at our table for 1.75 hrs by the time we got the bill paid. We ate quickly and did our best to make it faster. The server brought incorrect items and took forever to get us to-go boxes and the check. The check was split wrong but we wanted to leave so badly that we didn't try to fix it.
