Bubba Gump - Baltimore
The location is good, right on the boardwalk around the Inner Harbor. The food was just fair, with the shrimp heavy on breading. The prices are moderate to high for the quality of food. Service from the wait staff was good, however the appetizer came out after the entrees. For anyone counting calories, there were few entree items under 1,000 calories and many close to 2,000.
It was very warm in the restaurant, they sat 9 of us at a round table it was very cramped.
We loved Bumba Gump but this time it was sub par at best. Our server was great though. The store part was closed which was sad because we wanted to get somethings in there. The food was just okay.
My service was terrible, I made reservations and wasn’t able to be seated before the kitchen closed.
Best crab legs ever. Service was fabulous. The restaurant was very clean. Nice view of the bay.
The food was okay. The host was wonderful. The service otherwise was terrible. It took 10 minutes just to get drinks...and that was just because the host came over and asked if we had seen our waitress yet. We had not. 5 minutes after we got the drinks, she arrived. The bill was pricey and the food was good but I wouldnt rave about it. It was a one and done for us. We left sort of disappointed.
I was not impression by the food. It was not what I was expecting. The quality was poor. I would not have had to make a reservation... it was hardly anyone there...yet we waited quite some time to be waited on.
Good pace to get fast affordable meal.
What a disappointment! The restaurant itself was uncomfortably hot, silverware we were given was filthy and no one checked on us until a waiter, who was clearly not ours saw us sitting there. When the food finally came, it was of poor quality, the presentation was unappetizing and of small quantity. I’d never go back.
The food was gross. Even the shrimp was nasty and please don’t order your child a cheeseburger. Just go to McDonald’s
Took them a while to come over and actually take orders or acknowledge our table had been sat but after that it was smooth sailing and really good food!
It was just underwhelming. If you want seafood spend a few extra bucks and go elsewhere.
Booked, received email confirmation, turned up on time.
But on arrival told they didn’t have my booking and that I’d have to wait, no attempts to check for the booking and no estimate of how long the wait would be.
The service was awful. The table was not cleared timely, waters were not refilled and two orders out of four were incorrect. We were also charged higher prices on the bill then showed on the menu and they said they no longer honor Landry’s Select. While the food was not bad I won’t be back. I realize with a gimmick restaurant you need to manage your expectations but this was a poor experience.
