Heater not working, it’s freezing cold. Take them over an hour to get food, take the 30 minutes to run my cc. bad customer service and a food is really bad taste can’t eat it.
Server was very inattentive, and place was not busy. Staff seemed annoyed that customers were showing up. She seemed very forgetful. Food was cold, but atmosphere was nice.
Wait staff rude and uninterested. The restaurant was empty and if was at least 10 minutes before anyone even bothered to ask us what we wanted
First time trying Bubba Gump’s. Got the Seafood Feast. Hush puppies were meh. Shrimp and fish pretty good. Crab dip ok. Enjoyed the crab cakes and fries. It was a good meal, reasonably priced.
First, I am shocked to see this restaurant on Open Table!!
This was the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. First, the floor near the table where we were seated was so sticky, my shoe came off with my step!!! We had to ask to be moved and we were seated at a dirty table!!! Seriously, has this restaurant had a thorough cleaning since the COVID-19 shutdown?? This after a long day and frustration looking for parking, we used our own supplies to clean the table and seats. It was very difficult to enjoy my meal and I don’t even want to review the customer service!!!The best part of the experience was the two stars given for the grilled salmon.

The restaurant was very dirty. The waitress didn’t seem like she liked working there and made all the food seem like it’s wasn’t worth it. Tho my friend lost her credit card the waitress was kind to leave it in the back and my friend was able to retrieve it!
Food was terrible. Fried fish pieces were tiny. Shrimp didn’t seem battered or coated correctly. Our drinks were good at least and the waitress was doing her best. Feast wasn’t worth the $20 each. I expected more from this chain with it being my first time here.
Worst experience I have ever had, there was hair in our food, our food was undercooked, the service was horrible. The servers were in no uniforms wearing normal street clothes. The table was not cleaned when we sat down there was food on the floor. The servers were more worried about hanging in groups then waiting on their tables.
Great food, good view of the inner harbor. Wife and mom had the crab cake sandwich. I had the jambalaya, nice and spicy. Bathrooms were in dire need of renovations.
The restaurant was greasy, and dirty. The service was slow, and overall it was a poor, poor experience.
Also, a customer had a seizure and after she was taken away, the staff sat around and laughed. I think there was three other tables occupied while we were there, and everything took so long we almost walked out three times.
I came in at 6:45 and didn’t leave until 8:25. My server was extremely slow.
Just terrible. Food was either over cooked or undercooked and my sons lemonade came out in a dirty glass with particles all over the inside bottom of the glass. This place needs to just close for good. It’s a health hazard.
The service was poor. The staff would disappear for long periods of time. When you ask for something (refill, additional food, condiments, etc), they forgot on multiple occasions and would come back after 10 minutes and ask “do you guys need anything?” Yeah the stuff I asked you for 10 minutes ago. It is kind of sad being in this restaurant. The store has empty shelves and they are obviously understaffed. I hope this place bounces back soon with some good management that cares about serving guests.

The food and service was good but the restaurant needs an update. The floors need a really good cleaning. I’d recommend pick up or delivery so you can really enjoy the food or outdoor dining.
Service was awful. Waited forever for someone to even take our drink order. And waited even longer to get our food. Servers were not friendly. Very dirty (tables and floors were not clean).
Our waitress, Sydney, was the only highlight in an otherwise disappointing experience. The hostess couldn't be bothered to help us out despite showing up early for our reservation. The food was...average. Sydney was super friendly and helpful. It's a shame the rest of my first and last experience at Bubba Gump was such a bummer.

This was probably one of my worst dining experiences in the last 10 years. We made our reservation thru Open Table, and we were seated promptly after arriving. Not much went according to plan after that. The time was 6:00PM, early in the evening, and the restaurant was not crowded, less than 1/2 full, and there seemed to be only 5 or 5 tables per server. Our server came out and greeted us, took our drink and food orders, got us our drinks & water and then disappeared for nearly 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, we saw her cleaning off two somewhat adjacent tables, but got no response when we tried to flag her for checking on our status. Then at 30 minutes, the appetizers showed up, which were cold, and 10 minutes later our main dishes were brought out. Throughout, our server was cool, unphased, and completely unapologetic about the delays. The food (2 chicken sandwiches and shrimp with rice) were overcooked and cold, indicating to us that it had been done for a while. One order of french fries was overcooked and cold, and the shrimp had too much of a bland, soggy breading. The server disappeared again, didn't check to see if we needed drink refills, and we decided to finish as quickly as possible. We took our check when she showed up again 25 minutes after delivering our food, tipped the minimal amount, and swore to never come back.
Bubba Gumps is not high dining. It should be able to nail a dozen or so simple fares that common folk like, get food and drinks out quickly, and be upbeat and pleasent. Instead, they were far from satisfactory across the board It was our observation that all of the servers were less than motivated or enthusiastic, and were just doing whatever they could to get by. The status of the food seems to indicate the same for the kitchen staff. We will not be back and we will not recommend them to anyone else.
Very disappointing and will not return to this location. The gift shop was closed due to Covid or something, even though everything else across the country is open. Next the waiter we had was very kind but poorly trained. He did not know the menu and we had to show him pictures of the food we ordered so he could enter it.
We had the Cajun shrimp appetizer and the shrimp was over cooked and had enough seasoning to set your mouth on fire. We have had this before at the NY and LA locations and it was not caked in spice. Could not even eat the garlic bread it was fire
Got the shrimp scampi. Worst shrimp scampi I have ever had. It was like a soup and the shrimp was destroyed over cooked and had no seasoning. Think lemon juice soup over noodles and rubbery shrimp. Sent this back and asked for the mamas chicken instead. Was brought a chicken sandwich (not the meal I asked for). Just gave up at this point and asked for my check. Need corporate to get in this place and clean it up. Dirty tables throughout.
The experience was overall very poor. I made a reservation and I was seating right by the door when asked if we could be moved the a different area where there was more space and not as crowded. I was told no and simply asked the reason why. She stated because the other area was for reservation only. I said I made a reservation and she stated there was nothing she could do. I told her that I made a reservation and I just seen her seat a party of 2 people in that same spot where I asked to be seated. I asked to speak to a manager. I was also told by the manager if I could be seated in another section. I was told there was no where else to be seated. I could either leave or stay where we were.

This was the worst Bubba Gump’s I’ve every been to and the food was the worst that I’ve had at any restaurant.
- The dip was nasty and chips were staled.
- The crab cake sandwich was not fresh and certainly didn’t taste like most crab cakes you will find in the Maryland area. Easily the worst crab cake I’ve ever had.
-The soda had a weird taste even the replacement soda did too.
-The restaurant was nasty overall.
-The bright spots were the pickle and the server was good.
I didn’t even ask for a different meal because I figured it would be more of the same.
I didn’t ask for my money back because I know that a lot of places have struggled during COVID and I hope the money I paid goes to assisting this restaurant fix whatever problems are going on there.

The wait to get a server after we set down was way too long, Our appetizer bread for our crab dip was stale & the portions are too small for their entrees. The crab cakes were small and over cooked at the bottom, The seafood feast was “terribly seasoned & fried”, even the sauces were nasty. I had to switch my
entree for something else and I still was not satisfied. I will not be coming back!!!!

The waitress gave for six people only one sample of menu. Out table did not have a bar code. The code did not work at the table next to us. (-)
Only men's toilet was open for use for man and woman. That was really uncomfortable. (-)
Overall: This restaurant is under bed supervision right now. We know the time when we enjoyed time there, same as a food. We decided never get back to Bubba Gump based on our last experience.
They had an issue with the heat. It was on when it should have been off. Beautiful day outside, so no need for heat. Our server was great. Food was ok, drinks were very good.
Would go again, if in the area. Not for a special trip.
Enjoyed my experience overall. I appreciate the manager accommodating my reservation. Service was subpar however food was pretty great. I loved the harbor view.
The restaurant was dirty and food took forever to come out. Our waitress was sweet and doing the best she could but tables and working the bar was too much for one person. We were very disappointed with our experience.
Waitress was pleasant, but forgetful and inattentive. Food was not good. Salad was drenched in dressing. Entree was not good. Disappointed.
Friendly staff and helpful. Tables are very sticky and dirty. Some food is cold when it comes out, other parts of the plate are fresh. Killer shrimp though.
This restaurant was really good about 3-4 years ago, it has gone completely down hill! Will not be going back
