   When we arrived they didn’t have our reservation. The hostess said the system was down. However it didn’t matter as the restaurant wasn’t very busy. She tried to seat us at the table directly behind the hostess stand, but we asked for another one. The waiter came over to our table immediately to ask for our order-we hasn’t even sat down No offer of drinks. When we ordered, we ordered both appetizers and dinner. Our appetizers came out and and then about 3 minutes later our meal. I ordered the grilled octopus appetizer for dinner(which he knew was my entree) and my spouse ordered the mixed grill. His meal has absolutely no flavor. It was supposed to have Greek potatoes, tomatoes, onions and tzatziki sauce. It came with fries and nothing else. We had to flag down another waitress to ask for the sauce and some break. Our waiter was not busy though he wasn’t present either. I would definitely not done her again.

   I was very disappointed in our experience this time. I asked for a wine menu and the waiter started rattling off wines. I again asked to see the menu. He said it wasn't worth bringing the menu as they were out of so much! The 2 different bottles of wine we ended up with were a let down. There was a party going on in the restaurant and we decided to dine in the bar for a quieter experience. There was only 1 waiter for the the bar area and there were several occupied tables in the bar so service was lacking. And the food just was not as good as on a previous visit. The grilled octopus was missing flavor, and the moussaka also lacking spices. Sadly I would not return.

   We have been there several times now since they opened. Our first experience left something to be desired, but since then it has been consistently good. Our server was new, but she knew the menu well and did a great job.

   We visited Brousko for an anniversary dinner on a Monday night, which is definitely a slow night. The food was excellent and authentic Greek cuisine. Everything we orders was delicious. I'd expect this place is much more livelier on a Friday or Saturday night as they have it set up for music and lights.

   I have been to this restaurant about 6 times in the last 3 months. When its good, its great. However, three times I've ordered a glass of wine off of the wine list and they don't have it. Once when I ordered it, the waiter brought me something else. When I notified him that it wasn't what I ordered he stated 'we're out of the one you ordered so I brought this instead'. Didn't tell me or ask me, just made the decision for me. Last week I brought 5 work colleagues with me, some from out of town. We ordered Saganaki, a Greek standard and they had none. The restaurant was not crowded - it was a Wednesday @ 5:30 p.m. - and the service was awful. That waiter messed up our drink order as well and then tried to pawn off the drinks he mistakenly brought on us. So very disappointed.

   The food here is always good! We have not had a complaint coming to Brousko. Elias is the best server!!!!

    Our first visit to this restaurant. Overall very pleased. Sampled quite a few dishes. Gyros was just average, but the rest was very good. Service was outstanding. Good value for the money and an enjoyable meal.
