The food was excellent!! Service was a tab but slow but I think they may have been limited on staff. However, the ambience was nice and I would definitely come back!

It was just slow service cause an event. Drinks though took forever which with no one physically at the bar and the place half full shouldn’t have been the case. Food a while but understood cause of the events.

The "welcome" was great. Waiter Ryal was awesome. Music was phenomenal.

My first time visiting after hearing about it for a while. I definitely enjoyed myself. The time i went very few people were there. The atmosphere was nice and was told to come back when they have live music Fridays and Saturdays. I look forward to going back.

Our reservation was for 1pm. We weren’t allowed in until about 45 minutes later. There was no check in. So really no one knew if we had a reservation. After standing in heels for 45 minutes, I had to stand in line for another 45 minutes in the buffet line. Someone took our sit while we were in line and had to ask them to leave. The buffet line was interwoven between seats so you standing by people’s chairs(quivering over them) while in line. Someone folks couldn’t sit because the line of people were in their way. There was only one side for the buffet oppose to two to help expedite that people present. By the time we made it to the buffet line, 3 to 4 items needed to be replenished. The dessert options lacked variety and availability. The fruit was empty and the muffins look like they were from Walmart. We had to stand in another line for crab legs and rib eye. When we left, again, no one ever asked our names to ensure we had a reservation, EVER. We could have walked off the street, sat and ate and no one would have confirmed if we had a reservation. The staff worked with what they had and were very friendly and attentive as much as possible. I have much respect for them. The management’s lack of organization and follow thru was evident from the time we got there and when we left. Very unfortunate. Because of all of these things, the value of the food and the several experiences was not worth close to a non refundable $300 for 3 people. There is a huge margin for improvement.

This was the worst Mother’s Day dining experience we have ever had had ! Waited over an hour and twenty minutes for a table that we paid in advance for with a reservation only to be seated to stand in line for food that took another 40 minutes or more !! They ran out of food and napkins we had no utensils or anything to drink for an hour after we have our order to the server! We definitely won’t come back!

We had reservations for the 1300-2:30 Mother's Day Brunch. We weren't seated until 1:45 and didn't sit with our meal until 2:15. We've been to Brother's before and have always had a pleasant experience, not sure where the disconnect was that day. We'll be back, but not for a buffet brunch.

I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. There was no clear organization with the check-in process, and despite having a reservation, we weren’t seated until nearly 45 minutes later. Once seated, things didn’t improve much — the food was cold, and they had run out of several essentials, including food items, syrup, utensils, and even napkins. We also came for the bottomless mimosas, but were only able to get one order — definitely not what was advertised or expected. For the price we paid, the service and experience fell far short. Not sure if we’ll be returning.

This event was a cluster. It was not planned properly. We were an hour late getting set for the second sitting. They were out of many items in the items they did have or have cold. There was no way to verify people had paid or didn’t pay. If you plan on doing this again next year, I will not be there, but I certainly hope you put it together better than you did this year.
