Well over priced food for what you get, quality was very poor especially the fried chicken that I had, burger was ok, nothing special at all. Service was good and the music was great, hence why we booked there. Wouldn't go there again, certainly wouldn't recommend this restaurant. There a lot more choice and places to eat at the o2.

Amazing southern food. Best fried chicken I've had outside of Nashville!

We booked the Brooklyln Bowl for an early dinner before watching a gig. The benefits were that we bypassed the queue for the venue and despite the first act coming on stage, before we had finished, we were able to still enjoy the music, due the open screen between the restaurant and the raised stage. It is somewhat dark as a result! The food was on the expensive side for what it was, but very good. I had the fried chicken, swapping mashed potatoes and cooked veg, for fries and coleslaw. When the chicken arrived it had fries and cooked veg! This was quickly remedied and the coleslaw came. My partner has the pulled pork and declared it 'very good'. We both enjoyed a beer and a cider and the meal came to over £40, so not the cheapest. However, overall I have given it a very good rating, for the enjoyment of being so 'on top' of the gig and we would visit again on that basis.

For some reason the door was locked and they weren't answering the phone so we didn't get in!

We had booked a table as we were attending a music gig in the Brooklyn Bowl. We arrive early and got to see and hear the band warm up which was good. I ordered the pizza and beer offer but which was £10. Honestly when it arrived I was very disappointed as all it appeared to be was a foot long baguette cut in half long ways with cheese and slices of pepperoni on it. This would of cost about £1 to make. And the bread was cold as if it had come out of a fridge and was thrown under a grill to Melt the cheese! I've eaten here before and found it to be good but not this time. My friend ordered the ribs which when that arrived had a mountain of fries. He said his food was very nice. Maybe some chips on my order would have made mine seem a little more value for money.

I booked a table as we were going to a gig in the adjacent bowling alley. The food was fantastic, large portions well presented and very tasty. The serving staff were very friendly helpful and service was good. It's certainly the best pre gig option at the o2, and worth booking ahead.

Booked a table for 18:30 before a concert at the O2, arrived at 18:20 to be told by a security guard that the Brooklyn Bowl was closed and would not open until 19:00. The concert started at 19:30 so this was no good to me. I even got a phone call a few hours before to confirm my booking. They just seem to open the restaurant when they like and have no thought for their customers. Very poor service. And to add insult to injury I received an email from them later in the evening to say I had been a no show and the restaurant takes a hit when people don't turn up, a complete joke! Avoid!
