   If you are celebrating special occasions, like birthday or anniversary, don’t come here, although they asked you what you celebrate when you made reservation, nothing complimentary. They misled us to ordered a “birthday dessert “ and it’s not complimentary when paying bills —- edit : adhere I saw other reviews that their birthday there got a “nice gesture “ , I changed my rating to one star.

   Came for the Valentines Day special and had the tasting menu - food was excellent and the dishes had very complex textures and flavors, and everything was clearly curated very carefully and intentionally. The staff was surprisingly attentive and pleasant despite how busy it got, and they even took the time to take a polaroid of us and present us our photo with a small paper flower. 100% would return

   We really enjoyed our dinner, everything we ate was delicious and the service was impeccable. We will be back again soon!

   Another delightful meal, with friendly and attentive service and imaginative and delightful food! Cannot recommend Broma highly enough. Kudos to the Chef and entire staff.

   We met friends, shared some small plates and had mains as well. All the dishes were delicious, with high quality ingredients (and we’re foodies who know how to cook)! We loved that it was quiet enough to converse. It is attached to a hotel in a somewhat off-the beaten path location but it’s worth a visit (and open on days when many restaurants are closed, like Mondays). The ambiance is very nice inside. A hidden gem!

   Brilliant and inventive take on modern Spanish food, with a lovely respect for quality ingredients and a most intriguing balance of flavors and textures. The evening was a delight and we look forward to another visit soon!

    Great selection of small and large plates, plus nice craft cocktails. James was our server. He was timely, friendly and helpful. The amuse bouche was overly salted, but still tasty. We tried the Spanish artichokes, duck empanada, and wrapped pork tenderloin. The artichokes were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The creamy base they nested them in was overly generous. The empanada was surprisingly large. The cherry mole and corn around the edge of plate made for variety in every bite. The pastry was perfectly baked. The pork tenderloin had a perfect pink center, tender and juicy. Definitely a place I would dine at again. The menu changes regularly, so what is on the website may not be what is offered. Still, lots of variety and a relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere
