Beautiful view, great food, great service!
Our server Rosanna as well as the manager of the food and beverage committee for the Marriott during our meal. .
We were celebrating 2 birthdays...just the ladies...outside on the beautiful Brizo setting at our Marina...very special. The food is always wonderful but our server Rosana was extra special and amazing. She is yet another reason we love Brizo for casual and special occasions.. many thanks
Always love this place! Best Shrimp tacos in town. Love the sauce!
Wonderful outdoor setting. The calamari appetizer was excellent! My Impossible Melt Sandwich was tasty - although the American cheese in it was barely melted. A cheese-infused actual “melt” would have been even better, but it was tasty. The dressing on my side salad was lemon-anchovy, and it was delicious! I’ll definitely return!
Delicious short rib tacos! Great view of the Marina.
I love Brizo!!! My guest arrived first and did not check in. I thought she did, so please note I was there. Our server was Haydee.
Always good our server was very nice a nice evening thanks
Very nice place but seem to be understaffed. Service was slow. That was OK because we weren’t in a hurry but if you didn’t want to have a three hour lunch it might’ve been an issue. Food was good service personnel were lovely and very nice. Enjoyed the giant windows watching the rain followed by rainbows over the water. Pretty spectacular.
Great service great drinks and food. Drinks Marina Rita so good red wine salmon salad braised short rib tacos & calamari for appetizer.
Thank you for the kinds words, Anonymous!!! The Marina Rita is our favorite too!
It’s a perfectly fine restaurant inside a Marriott Hotel. To be honest not what we’re expecting (re: restaurant inside the Marriott) but perhaps I should have paid more attention. Really nice food, really excellent service, lots of locals, lots of dogs (we sat outside). Perfect if you’re looking for low key night out or delicious food - not quite the Marina Del Ray experience I was expecting but great nevertheless.
Samantha, Thank you for the kind words. We are glad that you had such a great experience. We hope to see again in the near future. Howard Minkow General Manager, Food & Beverage
Great place to have a fabulous meal, overlooking the water, wonderful service and very chilled out atmosphere
Brand spanking new in Marina del Rey. Huge open lobby. Restaurant is at the back with a large deck for eating outside near the water. Fun view of the Marina boats and water. Service is very friendly. Lots of heaters to keep you warm outside at night, but dress warmly. New donut apple pie with honey ice cream is really good. Bar area upstairs is only open a few days a week. So check. Valet is $8 with validation. Shrimp and fish tacos we're yummy. I will do the lobster roll next time. It looked very good. Also interested in trying the seafood towers when the sun is out. Glad I went.
I only recommend eating outside where it is more quiet and the view of the Marina is lovely. After your meal, you can also take a beautiful walk alongside the harbor in either direction.
Great Service. All the servers were attentive, gracious and fun! the food was great and we all thought the value couldn't be beat. It was my first time at Brizo even though I am a local. I'll be back.
And, Brianna was very cool about adding guests to our Reservation.
I believe we were over charged on our meal
It was over 400 dollars for 3 people
We all the the 59 dollar thanksgiving with drinks but it seemed the bill was not correcy
Good food, great setting. Slow start, but it was Thanksgiving. Once we got set up, service was good.
It was my dad’s birthday and he was pleased to see the view and enjoyed his seafood dining experience(shrimp cocktail, ceviche and Fish&Chips)
Great time for one and all
Thank you for making his day memorable
The food was delicious, our waiter (Bailey) was very nice and responsive. I highly recommend the Brussel sprouts (they melt in your mouth), the tacos (all 3) and the beet salad. It was very comfortable sitting outside on a chilly night thanks to their heaters.
The ambience outside was wonderful. Food was good . The menu offered a nice selection. The only downfall was the service was not good could be due to a lack of servers because that’s what it appeared to be but that does take away from your enjoyment when service is subpar!!!
Love it- tacos and the view- will go back over and over
The appetizer was badly prepared. We didn't eat it but were charged for it.
The drinks were ok but overpriced.
The service was lovely but extremely slow!
The ambiance is nice.
The menu is good, the setting is scenic and it would be promising were it not for the awful service. The hostess was unsmiling and terse. The waiter was pleasant but after he took the order for appetizers and drinks he left us and barely returned. We struggled to find anyone to serve us or take our entree order. It took a while to get anyone to attend to us. It was very disappointing as this was my husband’s birthday dinner. We would have ordered more if anyone was around to serve us. The food was just okay. I am hoping this eas only a one off because the location and menu have great potential.
We doubled dated and had a wonderful time. Our waitress Jennifer was great and very attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. We will be back.
Lovely setting, great wait people. We were surprised and disappointed that while inside there was no insistence on mask wearing and no one asked for proof of vaccinations.
We were celebrating a friends 60th birthday so three of us got a room at the hotel and had drinks at the bar upstairs first. Fabulous! Very cool vibe and some people. The drinks are a little bit overpriced. We went downstairs and had dinner. The food was pretty good but the waitress never asked us if we wanted dessert, she just brought our bill. When we asked for something to celebrate her birthday, She said that all she could give us was ice cream. I pushed her on it and she finally allowed us to get a dessert but didn’t even put a candle in the cake. It was very disappointing. After dinner we went into the bar and they had a DJ. We had the best time dancing and hanging out with people. That was so much fun that we forgot about our bad experience with the waitress.
I was seated to the right section of the restaurant which has a partial view of the ocean. I asked if possible to have a better table. The manager said no at first because he was waiting for someone else to come who had a reservation. I said I made a reservation with days in advance bc it was my birthday. Then, he changed me to the best table that was available. Why do I have to say anything? I’m sure he knew I had a reservation. I don’t like to fight but sometimes it’s just necessary.
Great seafood menu. The prices are quite high for the neighborhood. Lovelly atmosphere overlooking the Marina. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
Great location, food and service!
Beautiful setting. Little pricey for the food options on the menu.
Food is flavorful, ordered, Marina Seafood Cobb, Lobster toast, they have the Doughnut dessert that is so good.
My daughter’s birthday
The restaurant was not that busy, but the wait staff was incredibly slow. Furthermore, the Valet parkers for the hotel are also very slow. On several occasions, I walked up to the valet stand and the woman or man behind the stand insisted on finishing a conversation with a co-worker before even taking my ticket. Food was good. Service all around was not good.
Brizo is a great addition to Marina Del Rey dining options. Love the outdoor patio, views of the marina, great food and lively atmosphere. This easily became one of my favorite spots in the Marina Del Rey!
Enjoyable marina cafe. Hotel adjacent (you get there by walking through the lobby) with views of marina basin. Food and service excellent.
Poor Service, slow and server not up to date on menu. didn't know if they could serve half decaf coffee.
Asked to see if Seared Ahi Tuna Nicoise could be seared to order instead of the entire plate being ice cold...brought back the same way, then said 'this is the way we serve'. I mentioned I have had this here before and while the salad part was cool or room temp, the Ahi was definitely seared to order. No sense of 'caring' about it. dismissive. won't be dining there any longer. I'm a local resident.
Beautiful view. Great Cobb salad, but overall a weird menu with not many options I found appealing. Our waitress was great!
Too many people in the lobby not wearing their masks.
Good food and service
The location was nice and the service was good. The food was not. We started with calamari. The calamari was cooked a bit too long and it was poorly seasoned - on a few pieces at the bottom seemed to have any seasoning. The coating did not taste good - tasted like a combination of raw flour and cornstarch. The sauces were nothing special. We also had rockfish tacos. The crispy version was better than the grilled but it seemed that both had been pre-cooked. Overall, there was not much seasoning and the house made hot sauce was very odd. We also tried the Seared Albacore Nicoise. Like everything else, this had no seasoning and the dressing which sounds interesting had very little taste. Also, it seemed that everything on the plate had been sitting in the fridge until served since it was all cold.
