   I ordered a matcha martini and two apps (chicken empanadas and the piña pollo fritto.) Everything was delicious! The piña pollo was also a very good size that it could definitely be ordered as a main for one person. The matcha martini was so yummy I had to force myself not to drink it down in one sip 🤭 Ambiance was very nice too. Only took off a point because they forgot to bring out the second drink I ordered, however, they brought me a free glass of champagne to make up for it! I will certainly be coming back in the future :)

   My friends and I visited this restaurant for brunch. Tiktoks and reels didn’t lie about the fun atmosphere and ambiance. I do think the brunch food does not live up to the reviews. I would come back to try dinner, but I don’t recommend the dishes we tried on the brunch menu. The french toast and churros were a bit stale and overall lacked flavor. The drinks were good, but we waited half an hour for it to arrive after our food was already serviced. Customer service was okay, but we could have been notified that the kitchen was closing for any last food orders (we wanted to try another dish since we weren’t too happy with the food we ordered). Also they weren’t too helpful when asked for recommendations. Overall, I am disappointed in the brunch hype, but I am still optimistic to visit for their dinner menu.

   Decor/Ambiance and cocktails were 10/10 but the menu is all over the place. Is it Seafood? Sushi? Steakhouse? Latin? The $18 “chicken” empanadas were filled with mostly mashed potato so our confidence was blown quickly. The sushi roll was good but we skipped the entrees.

   We arrived about 5 minutes late. However, we got seated immediately. From the host to the lady that goes around taking pictures of your time there everything was fantastic. It took a minute for us to be greeted after we sat down (mainly because they were extremely busy). When we did get greeted we were served by Kristin H. He was fantastic, patient, attentive, enthusiastic & had great customer service. The entire crew, from the hostess, servers, runner/bussers, the lady that walks around taking pictures even management was all over the floor. We had a great time. The food was phenomenal we ordered the Brisa roll, the empanadas, the tomato salad, the sol roll too. Every thing & I do mean EVERY SINGLE THING was DELICIOUS & to the dranks that we had.

   Went to celebrate an early Mother’s Day. Everything was terrific. The smoked pork chuletta was outstanding. They brought out a complimentary champagne toast to thank us for celebrating with them. And our server Kristin was exceptional, making us feel welcome from start to finish. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning.

   Brisa was a great experience! Jenny was the best host / server as well as her support staff tonight. She had amazing suggestions and was able to describe the palette of the dishes with precision. We got the empanadas which were super flavorful and filling, the ceviche was ok and the seafood tower which was nice bc you can pick any two rolls of your choice (great value). We ended with the tres leches cake which was phenomenal. I would say the highlight of the meal / experience was Jenny, our server! She was kind, the right amount of check ins and made the experience awesome. The support staff checked in to clear dishes and filled our waters pretty timely too.
