   Brisa is a new true gem in Little Italy. I lived here for 17 years and their fusion vision is next level. Jenny is so incredible in every way and the pride she has and the whole team in Brisa is a breath of fresh of air. We had the Passionfruit Ceviche, Wagyu Skewers, Pork Chop, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Wagyu Steak and Surf and Turf Sushi Roll. All were DYNAMITE!

   Service was excellent, very friendly atmosphere and the food was outstanding. I had the smoked pork and it was by far the best I have ever had.

   Great location, decor was beautiful and the staff was welcoming and helpful. However the food was undesirable. Appetizer - Guac and Corn - should have know from the start what we should have expected for the main entrees. The Guac was tasteless and the corn was cold but was “roasted” We went in for Sunday Brunch. We were there at 12:00pm and the place was about 30% occupied. Burrito- the Guac they used was not fresh and it seemed to be packaged, you could tell by the taste and the bright color. Chilaquiles- when it came out the plate was cold so we sent it back. We had tasted the chicken, which was dark meat and it had ZERO seasoning, the eggs were oily and the salsa on the chilaquiles was cold. When it came back, the eggs were still oily, the chicken was hot but still no seasoning, and the sauce for the chilaquiles was still cold! Did they intentionally do this? I’ve never been anywhere where they serve the sauce cold :/ Brisas Pancakes were the only thing that stood out bc it was different. Lots of corn in between corn pancakes and cheese. Wouldn’t come here again

   The drinks here are too good!!!! There was not even one drink that I didn’t like it. Coco loco & forbidden fruit were My favorites. We had a sushi tower with Brisa and Mar Y Terra, Mar y Terra was amazing!! Brisa was all right, also the sashimi was not the best. Yuka was all right wouldn’t recommend it, ceviche was good! Service was amazing, everyone super friendly and helpful!!

   We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, and the standout of the evening was without a doubt the service provided by Lewis. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He struck the perfect balance between being personable and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Lewis had great menu knowledge, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured every detail of our evening ran smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely invested in the guest experience. He elevated our night and made it feel special from start to finish. Excellent food, great atmosphere—but it was Lewis’ service that truly made it memorable. We’ll definitely be back.
