Great service. Matt our server was awesome! Made a reservation online and was seated within 5 minutes.
I had the scallop special and my meal was barely warm, not warm enough to wilt my spinach and the scallops would have been so much better seared. My husband had the chicken marsala & his was dry with very little sauce or mushrooms. Did have great meatball appetizer & had very good service.
Unfortunately our experience at Brio was horrible. It was packed for Valentine’s Day and we had a reservation but still waited a half hour for our table. We ended up waiting an hour and twenty minutes for our dinner and when it came out it was undercooked and the wrong food. Really unfortunate experience because I’ve been pleasantly surprised by their service in the past.
The restaurant clearly overbooked on reservations. Despite having a reservation we did have to wait over 30 minutes. In the scheme of things, it wasn’t that long. The staff was understanding and trying to accommodate everyone.
While at the table, the server never asked to refill our drinks. We saw her maybe once or twice (max) during the duration of our dinner.
Valentines Day. In town for our daughter who is receiving a kidney transplant from her brother. Took them out for nice dinner. Long wait to get seated. Server was overwhelmed. Food was okay.
Sad! When we arrived at 6:15 for our 6:30 reservation advised that they were just seating the 5:45 reservations. Inexcusable.
Food was good but mildly warm.
Waiter was excellent
We made a reservation for 6:30pm for 2/14. We weren't seated till around 7:15pm. The whole front of the restaurant were people waiting to be seated even though we all had reservations. It seemed they took way too many reservations, more than they can handle. Our food came out at decent time, but there were tables around us that waited a long time for their food and the manager was seen apologizing to different tables.
The food was very good as usual but I was disappointed in the 45 minute wait. I know it was a holiday but the whole point of a reservation is to get a table at that time.
Valentine's Day dinner:
Reservation was at 6:30PM. We were seated at 7:15PM. Ordered at 7:20, but didn't get our food until 8:15. Asked my it was taking so long, turns out the kitchen put the wrong table # on it. Supposedly corporate was supposed to be fixing the kitchen issue according to our server. My chicken was dry and very little cheese. Husbands stuffed chicken wasn't really stuffed at all and his pasta had red pepper flakes in it that he couldn't eat. (Wasn't mentioned on the menu). Ended up with a free meal... Gave our server a decent tip for her hard work. Probably not going there again for a while...
Falicia did a fine job and the food was pretty good. However, we weren’t seated until 7pm on a 6pm reservation. Nothing else to the review.
Great service from our waiter and the girl that sat us was very kind and thoughtful. A must go back experience.
Made a reservation and still ended up waiting an hour and a half to get our table, absolutely ridiculous.
Unfortunately Brio reservations were overbooked for Valentine's Day. We were able to find a table in the bar so ended up eating there. We were called for our 5:45 reservation at 6:30, but by then were ordering our meal in the bar and know other diners waited longer and were unable to be seated in the bar. The hostess, Tara, called us on Saturday to ask about our dining experience. That has never been done in the past, so I think it was an attempt to reach out but nothing was offered except an apology. We would have preferred a phone call from the manager or assistant manager. If calls were being made, something should have been offered for the inconvenience - free appetizer or something the next time we return. Poor management, but our server in the bar, Nick, was very good. The meals were slow in coming, but we were not in a hurry, and the chicken milanese was also very good. Expect better from them. We've been going to Brio's since it opened in 2005.
Food was excellent, drinks were on the money and the service was efficient and very friendly!
Valentine’s Day the restaurant was packed but they had our table ready and waiting for us
I have always loved Brio, but our service this time was horrible. The server was really slow and it took 15 minutes to get our 2nd round of drinks. It felt like she was rushed and would leave our table quickly before we could even ask for something we needed. We also did not receive a side dish or cheese for our pasta dishes.
The food was delicious. We really enjoyed our meal.
Best cucumber gimlets and great bar service! Love this happy hour! In the dining room we had good service, delicious food, and the waitress even allowed me to modify my order to make an appetizer into a meal, when in the past I was told it wasn’t possible. Brio is a regular spot for us! Love it!
The quality of the food had continued to decline. From the tomato bisque soup, to the salads, and the featured dishes, like shrimp
Capri, to the Pasta Brio, the souses have changed and we do not like the changes.
We usually have gone to Brio at least two to three times a week, with family, and always book with friends for gatherings.. we have also done several dinner parties there with over 15 people.
We don’t know what you did, or are trying to do, but we do not like the food anymore, so we , who have spent thousands of. Dollars of service over the last few years, will find another restaurant
Sorry, but you continue to screw up with the menus. Who ever took over , what was a great restaurant, really has screwed it up.
Want to talk, call me, but don’t use an 800 number, as I will not answer. Text me with the number you will be calling from, or forget it, and you will lose thousands of dollars from me over the next year.
You lost a great manager, and things went down hill from there.
Ariel was so wonderful. She made our visit perfect! The manager sang happy birthday to my dad in Italian which was so nice. Thanks for a delicious visit!!
Waiter was very friendly. Grear atmosphere and food came out hit and was delicious.
Great service and food! Colleen was the best!❤️
Prices are fantastic and the portions are huge!
The service and food was great. My only complaint came from my husband-the salmon dinner had great flavor but left him wanting more. The piece of salmon was the smallest I’ve seen in a while, and my husband orders salmon frequently at restaurants. I shared some of my meal with him to make his portion more of what would meet his needs. It just didn’t seem to match the price in size.
The food was sub par had the carbonara it tastes like white wine and butter noodles horrible. Also try the chicken milanezza..... Chicken un seasoned and sauce had no flavor.
Always good food as the bread is a treat ! Can’t go wrong
Love the attention to detail ! Thanks Nick!
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Brio for New Year’s Eve! We had a table for four at 7 PM - the place was lively, the food was delicious, and the service was fantastic! We really enjoyed our evening there - thanks so much!
Great experience on New Year’s Eve
We had a great evening! I like that the whole menu was available to us on New Year’s Eve.
Excellent food and service. Server very attentive.
Food was delicious as always. We really enjoyed our waiter Matt. Very friendly and funny.
Food and service were good. Noise -- too loud. Noise
Matt was an excellent waiter, very attentive and friendly. Good experience.
Christmas Eve dinner
Wonderful Christmas Eve choice for dinner. Convenient to home and good food.
Glad we booked Brio!
I feel bad for the waiter because I think he had too many tables (packed for Christmas Eve), he was super nice, but the service was really bad.
Service was fantastic and food very good despite being very busy.
Kathy, our server was very good, the calamari was excellent, the spaghetti bolognese was a little dry.
Counter space as only option was not very good
