We had a 5pm reservation. The restaurant looked like a cyclone hit it. Lots of tables had not been bused, dirty dishes everywhere. It took hostesses several minutes of discussion before deciding where to seat us (restaurant was relatively empty and we had a reservation).
Waitress gave us excellent service, however, two members of my group ordered the Lemon Chicken, which showed up to our table without the lemon sauce. It took almost 10 minutes to rectify the situation, waitress apologized profusely when bringing out the sauce. One of us ordered the Pasta Verde - spaghetti and zucchini. There was barely any zucchini and it was mostly spaghetti.
We were a table of six and only half of us enjoyed our meals.
Part of the dinner conversation revolved around our previous bad experiences dining at Brio - none of us could figure out why we were here again experiencing another disappointing meal.
Great food good service a bit loud. Good lemon dressing mixed review of spaghetti bolognese.

Service has improved today and it makes a huge difference. We hope it continues. The food is excellent and they have a Gluten Free menu.
We had to wait for a table quite a while since they were understaffed.
We were a large group (10) which I know is more difficult. The waitress was very pleasant, I think the problem was in the kitchen. Service was sooo sloooow. Those of us who had appetizers were fine, but the main course took around 45 minutes to arrive. Three of the meals came cold...the two pastas were send back, the salmon was eaten cold. The pasta was too dry to eat after being microwaved. We also felt given the long wait and the cold meals the manager should have stopped by our table...but didn’t
Place has gone down hill. Very small portion sizes, slow service. I ordered a dish off their menu and they gave me a completely different dish- same components but not as stated on the menu. Not going back.
We always enjoy Brio. Food was good although I did find my pasta a little too el dente for me. One of the persons we were dining with had to wait a few minutes for his meal while the rest of us had already received our. It was a bit uncomfortable for everyone. The bread is so delicious! All the food is delicious. The gentleman who waited for his chicken raved about the meal
Very disappointed this visit. Very chaotic. Verycold inside to boot.
It was very busy so even though we had reservations, we had to wait half hour for our table. Our waitress was very sweet but overall service was not that great even though everyone was working very hard. I just don't think there was enough help. I tried something new on the menu and I was disappointed. Overall, we will be back but maybe not on a Saturday night.
We had to wait over 40 minutes before sitting to our table.

Service was poor, food was bland.
We were a party of four and each of us had what was likely the worst meal that we ever had at a restaurant. The service was poor...the waitress spilled water all over the table and we had to request her assistant to wipe it up. The drinks took forever to reach our table...they arrived at about the same time as our food. The waitress gave the wrong explanation of the type of beer that was available....nothing like she described. One of us ordered something simple like spaghetti and meatballs. The order came out as just meatballs. Then, she asked where the pasta was and that came out with about a spoonful of sauce. The meatballs were hard enough to be golfballs. Other entrees were equally as bad. All four of us couldn't wait to get out of that place. If it was possible to give negative stars, we would do that. Never again.

We ordered drinks while waiting for the rest of our group to arrive, the drinks took 20 minutes. Half of our ordered appetizers arrived, we were still waiting for the rest of them when our entrees arrived- we were still eating our appetizer. Rather than eat warmed over entrees, we cancelled rest of appetizers & ate our entrees. The food was actually good. The manager reduced our bill by 20%.
Very poor management. We had reservations and numerous tables were empty. Told we would have to wait because there was a shift change! Could not sit at many tables because there were no servers to waitin those tables! 2 bartenders to wait on full bar and restaurant. Long wait to get drink.
Restaurant has definitely gone downhill along with the menu. Very disappointing because it used to be one of our favorite spots
We were a party of 8 and had reservations for lunch. Food and service was very good, we all enjoyed it.

Terrible extremely long wait for food many items are not available on the menu place was very chaotic the staff did the best that they could to accommodate made a reservation and was told that it will still be a 45 minute wait very disappointing never ever to return
Told the waiter my food was not correct. But they were to busy. Didn't want to deal with it.
Everything was good until my steak came out raw. The manager and waiter were really nice and apologetic. Plus they gave us a free desert. But still how does that happen?
My reservation was not upheld. I waited for 1 hr to sit and that is because the young lady claims I was called, but was not since I had to sit at the bar to wait and never heard my name called or cell phone called. Finally sat and my dinner was served 40 mins later. I ate at 11:30 at night. Was not happy with this at all. Food was mediocre as the potatoes were still raw and slightly cold from the Salmon dish and the pasta was slightly cold as well. Nothing seemed right. Management has not learned that quality is better than quantity. More people and less attention did not make it a good evening. If reservation are made, it should not be skipped for someone who made it 15 earlier. It was a hot mess. Many customers were upset.
We made reservations got there 10min early still waited 30min to sit. Food took 1hr and 15 min to come out. The entire time the waitress didn’t check on us. Manager finally brought the food and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the delay! Very unprofessional!!!
Food was good and we were seated less than 10 minutes after our scheduled reservation, not bad for Valentines Day.
Service was a bit slow and through much of the meal we never saw our server especially after we ordered and during the long wait for our dinner.

The waitress Ana was very nice and efficient. She was doing what she can under the circumstances : short staff, no wine glasses, no more cesar salad !

All dinners served like warm as if they were sitting waiting to be served. Sauce was crusting over.
We waited more than 1 hr for food. One of the dishes was so bad that we returned it. The good thing is that we had no check.
It’s a beautiful restaurant in a very pleasant location. We were shown to our table quickly and the waiter was very at tentative to us. Our drinks, salads and appetizers were served without much waiting. Then everything went south of the border. An hour past and no entrees. More time passed and no food. We eventually got the food after the manager apologized about the kitchen delays. He was very apologetic. Sadly this is not the first time we experienced this at this Brio. It’ll be awhile before we give them another chance. I hope they get their act together because it is a very nice experience dining outdoors there.
Was disappointed, we were there before but menu & quality of food has gone down. Prices were high for the type of food . We will not return
The waiters forgot my kids waters for over 30min, they would not take the used plates unless we asked. Restaurant empty and service was again bad
Our meals were delicious. However, with very few people dining at the same time as us, service could have been better. Please BRIO, good food is not enough. Service has to be on par with the food.
