We were there to have dinner as a family and remembered the passing of my father (7yrs ago). The staff was accommodating as we needed to move to a bigger table in a different area and our server was great. We enjoyed our time together and our meal!! Glad there is still a Brios in the area…

Late lunch with friends. Result - place not crowded and noise level low. Great! Service excellent; food was good and price reasonable. Highly recommend for a mid week, late lunch with friends you want to catch up with.

Went here for lunch & met 3 girlfriends. Our server was excellent. They have several nice lunch specials & the food was good.

Due to the weather the restaurant was not busy. Our server Mia was attentive and provided excellent service.

Normally we have a great visit to Brio. This time it was a little disappointing. Hostess was pleasant, we were seated right away. Server "Sonia" was pleasant, but not very efficient. Had to ask twice for water initially and then for refills. We asked for lemon for water and Sonia brought one out with her bare hands (yuck). Should've been in a cup / plate. We had to ask for bread initially (usually previous servers bring out automatically). She didn't ask if we wanted dessert (we were full and wouldn't have ordered, but it's nice to be asked). We saw 2 previous servers running around that were fantastic (maybe next time). Food: I had Sausage Rigatoni and it was OK (could've used a little more sauce) and my husband had Shrimp & Scallop Risotto and he thought it was too garlic forward for him. Overall we'll come back to Brio, just want a better server. Food-wise, we have our favorites, today we tried different dishes.

In simple words it’s just an expensive Olive Garden. The food seemed frozen I found the management extremely rude in this location fair oaks mall fairfax

The food was good and I would likely return again to try the other things on the menu. Our server Mia was attentive and great and I do appreciate them being open on Christmas because they really didn’t be. Christmas Day was my first time trying them and I will be back.

The prices have definitely gone up and the quality/quantity has definitely gone down. Overall, kind of disappointing. Server and manager were nice.
