The food is great, but the servers are inattentive kind of rude and just don't really care. The plates are dirty and there are stains on the table cloths from previous customers. I don't mind that outdoor seating was closed for another month but the service was just down right awful for what we paid.

Chicken Marsala was tasteless. The chicken limone was slightly better with the lemon and capers giving flavor to the dish. Mashed potatoes were awful. Tasted like instant ones. Our waiter was attentive and the noise level was better than what I remember from years ago.

Service was awful and food was mediocre at best. The manager tried to make it better but by then the damage was done. I just wanted to pay and go.

Did Open Table reservation, was greeted as we walked in. Took server awhile to come to table and then he said "I'll be right back". He didn't take drink orders right away. Felt like we were just sitting around, hungry and waiting to even place order. Server was pleasant, just not focused on our table of 2. Food was tasty. My Pasta a la Vodka could have used a little more sauce and bacon. My husband's pork chops were slightly overcooked and had smaller than usual portion of mashed potatoes. Even though we were full, server didn't ask if we wanted dessert.
