My husband’s birthday
Brio’s staff is always great to deal with; however, the restaurant’s wait staff was overwhelmed with a full house and meant that we did not receive good service.
Good was good as always. Service was a little slower than normal. Not sure if because not enough staff. Have had our waiter before and always been good. Did seem a little harried. Would definitely recommend.
Service and meal was good. Good value. We were able to get a booth which we requested but it was close to the kitchen and there was a lot of kitchen noise with orders being shouted back and forth.
This was my first time going. I have no plans to return. The food was ok but the service was very slow. The environment was nice. My server was nice but kept disappearing for long periods. Food was not as expected.
We had a party of 8 and they were able to accommodate our reservation on short notice. Our server, Kenny was awesome and it was a very busy night for them. The food was excellent. This was our first time dining at BRIO but I can assure you we will be back.
Had a great girls night out dinner here. Our server was friendly and attentive! The food was delicious!
Always a good meal with delicious drinks and good service
We must have gone on an off night. My husband knew something was up when he said all the tables around us were looking around, looked annoyed and some left. Our server gave us a heads up that things were really behind when it took 15+ minutes to get half of our drinks and then said they were out of blue moon. It took an hour for my husband to get his soup. They brought out his soup and my daughter’s kid meal and two minutes later came over with a tray - another soup, my meal and a meal we didn’t order. They had to go back to figure it out and then brought our food out as my husband was still trying to eat his soup. Server was mia the whole time (during the hour wait for soup he asked if my kids wanted more bread, we said yes and we never got the bread). I felt bad for him - very nice guy who constantly thanked us for our patience but still was not a good experience. We saw two tables leave, the one next to us the girl got her food after everyone else had already eaten and then another table had to find a manager to pay their check. Won’t be returning - will visit Marlton instead.
After going there only because they had reservations open, we were told regardless of our reservation, there was a 2 hour wait. They did make every effort to seat us quickly since we were with our toddler. They sat us after we went up to tell them we were leaving. We then waited almost 45 minutes for our daughter’s meal to arrive and then after waiting over an hour for our meals, we complained to the manager. Staff indicated that the wait was due to ordering the chicken parm which allegedly took “a very long time”. After waiting almost an hour and a half, we needed to leave, as our daughter was getting antsy. We do appreciate that the manager told us we could just leave and he’d take care of everything. But obviously this was not the ideal eating experience. The hostesses and staff seemed very overwhelmed, as if it was there first busy Saturday night. We even watched another manager screaming at the hostess, which was very uncomfortable.

Awful experience. This location was a disorganized mess.
My wife and I were there celebrating 10 years together. We had gone there for our very first date! The food was very tasty and the service was great. My three year old daughter was also entertained by the giant piece of paper the waitress had folded into 8 squares, for endless coloring and drawing. We had such a pleasant experience.
It was great food! The service was good as well! It’s expensive but I would come back again.
We used to come here all the time and always had a great experience. This time the service was terrible. We waited at least 30 minutes just for our salads which were not even good. Our server was not attentive at all. I got the stuffed chicken parm -- the pasta was bland except for some hints of red pepper flakes - which i do NOT like in my good. The chicken was kinda tough and I didn't really care for it.
I noted in my reservation that it was my daughters birthday - no mention at all that it was her birthday from anyone. I work at a restaurant and when we have a reservation with a birthday -- we make sure the server knows, the manager knows and everyone comes and greets the birthday guest. I guess my expectations were high from our previous experiences at Brio.
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy this experience and probably won't be back. At least for quite a while.
Chicken was pink and not cooked all the way through. Had to wait even though we had a reservation. Bartenders were unprofessional and talking about how the service and staff were not prepared.
Our rsvp was at 8pm when arriving we were told that it was a bit behind and that we would be seated as soon as possible. After waiting approx 30 mins noticed that there were plenty of tables un occupied and or some not cleaned. The host never gave additional reason as to why anyone was not being seated at an appropriate time of our rsvp. They even opened the bar seated tabels so people can be tended to. This start of our experience was not what was expected. After finally an hour wait we were going to be seated and the table was not even ready the second host apologized and when we asked what is going on she stated the kitchen staff is short and noone was prepared for the day to tend to guests. To me that is inexcusable this is the restaurant business there should be no reason for that one to be said and two be short staffed an a very popular day. The server was very pleasant and attentive but the food lacked flavor was not full potions for the cost and misleading to say the least. Fish special stated Cajun style branzino when the fish never even had salt and the chicken dish was suppose to come with pasta and sauce and looked like a child's portion and dry. You would think that the restaurant management would have offered some accommodation for the lack of service but nothing was ever said. Poor management poor staff everything seemed to not be in order here. If there was an restaurant opened near by that we could have left and gone to we would have but given it being valentine's day everything was booked. Very displeasing experience and would not reccomend nor go again.

We were seated just 10 minutes after our reservation, which is great considering it was Valentine’s Day. Great bar and very accommodating. The food was top notch and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect. Not too loud and almost private. Would surely come back with friends.
Went on Valentines Day. Had the lobster and shrimp special. It was okay, but the shrimp was not very fresh and it was cooked off by the time we were served. My partner had the strip steak. Again it was just okay.
Great place. Personally think it's overpriced for what you get. But the ambience and service balances that out.
Service was extremely slow. You can see the Back Waiters arguing with the cooks. My Head Waiter was slow to get us anything. Food was meh and that $10 Margarita was gross. Spent about $127 with tip even tho we barely saw our waitress. One and done!
Waitress Amanda was wonderful!
Got a table for 4 at 7pm on a Saturday night. They ran out of flatware and glasses. Could not get water for an hour. Waitress was very apologetic. Waited forever for our meal. We sat at 7:20, did not get our meal until 8:45. Again, waitress was apologetic. Lobster Bisque was good, but the actual entrees were terrible. Will not be going back.
It was not a good experience and a significant downgrade from past visits. I understand it is a chain restaurant, but I think our expectations where not very high and our experience fell significantly short. They placed a party of 4 at a table that really is sized for 2 comfortably, right next to a party of 2 at a larger table for 4. Our service was terrible, we had to grab silverware off an adjacent table after our appetizers where brought out and our food sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes so it was dry and not that warm, besides out plates. Then it took 45 minutes to get containers for left overs and our check to leave once we finished eating. So we did not see our server often.
Awful do not go ! Bad food and service
Slightly disappointed with our lunch at Brio this past weekend. The hostess couldn't find my opentable reservation, but said it sometimes didn't show up in their system for awhile. I couldn't pull it up as there seemed to be a deadspot in the wifi in the lobby there. Anyways, no biggie. (I received the points a few hours after I got home.) Our waitress was friendly and the food appeared quickly. We all ordered eggs benedict off the brunch menu and it tasted wonderful. Plates were a bit sloppy, but that was fine because it tasted so good! The problem was halfway through our meal, our waitress disappeared. We spotted her toward the back in the private room, but it appeared they were watching a presentation or trying to get something hooked up? Not sure. In the meantime we were hoping on a few drink refills--just coffee and soda, and also maybe a mimosa. After awhile we gave up on drinks and just wanted the check. Eventually had to ask another waitress for it. When we left the hostess and manager didn't say goodbye or ask how things were lol. I usually like Brio for brunch on Sundays, and the food was great, but maybe I'll try somewhere new instead.

The appetizers came out as someone return them, I ordered a steak- asked medium and got me steak well done!
I was surprised that the manager didn’t even come to talk with us since we returned 2 dishes.
Service was fine, however the vegetables were terribly under cooked ( Broccoli Asparagus) Lamb chops came out over done
had a reservation for 7:30pm; didn't get seated until 8pm.
Not acceptable; establishment should know how to handle reservations vs walk ins at this point.

We did not have a good experience. Very noisy. Hard to hear conversation at times. We had to wait at our table for about 15 minutes before our waiter came to greet us. We had a drink and an appetizer. Our soup and salad never came. About one half hour later our entree arrived. Waiter failed to refill our water or ask if we would like something to drink with our meal. Very poor experience. We will not go back.
This is the third time we’ve gonna there. Twice we ate. First time we went we made a reservation, waited 2 hrs then were told they couldn’t accommodate us. Second time we went my filet was overcooked and my husband’s chicken was raw inside. We went two days ago and it was not edible for myself. My husband’s stuffed chicken parmigiana was cold and pasta was undercooked. We pd $150 for trash unfortunately. Our server was great and attentive but we will be crossing Brio off our list. New management isn’t what that restaurant needed. Prior to the turnover we enjoyed going there and food was good.

I love Brios and have had many dinners/events here; however, my experience this time was a little disappointing. I think what went wrong was the waiter could not handle our party of 12 and keep up with his other tables assigned to him. We had to wait long periods of time between courses...dishes piled on the table for a very long time...our children in the party became impatient waiting for their Grandpop's dessert so they could sing Happy Birthday...some of the older guests in the area were obviously becoming annoyed with the activity and at one point one of the children accidentally toppled the high chair with my grandson in it which created quite a scene, but fortunately no injuries. There was only one point at which our waiter received any help and that was with the delivery with some of the entrees. Many workers walked by our table, some cleaned off tables behind us, all without once picking up a dirty dish or glass to help our waiter. I've used the back rooms a few times for dinner parties and definitely will plan to do that in the future so as to be able to keep our children happy if another such long dinner ensues. A large party cannot be left to sit for long periods of time between actions. For example, if someone wanted another drink it took so long for it to arrive that by the time it did arrive others were ready another drink! It surprised me that management never became aware of our situation and that none of the other workers attempted to help our waiter. I did not skimp on the tip only because I can't blame the waiter entirely for the chaos.
