George was a great waiter. Food delicious, as always! Wedge salad and shrimp/eggplant are my favs! One of our favorite places to eat!
This was our second meal since the casino reopened. Don’t know if the chefs are the same but everything is not yet clicking on my estimation. This time the NY strip was medium when medium rare was requested; pasta dish was okay - pasta chewy but sauce very good. Dessert was excellent.
As always, an excellent choice of dining. Everyone ( four of us ) enjoyed our food
We had an amazing meal even with the Covid restrictions.
Food was terrible and waiting on food was too long.
Everything was great given the environment we now live in. Limited menu, but still was able to get their delicious lobster bisque.
Quality service, knowledgeable staff
Covid Times visit. Restaurant was quiet. Limited menu but still many choices. Service was good.
In these crazy times the service was very good. Waitress was attentive and had great timing. Food came out in a timely manner. The artichoke and spinach dip was the best I have had. My husbands steak was the best he has had anywhere, tender as butter. The pasta with vodka sauce was perfection, The sauce had so much flavor and was so creamy.
Was not offered entire menu...
Excellent food, great food and service with security in mind. Eating a second time tonight because of the great food.
Such a great place to eat when we visit. That Pork Chop Dinner is awesome 👍! Bob Appetit!!!
The vodka sauce is terrific!
Food was great! Service was excellent! Really enjoyed it. Will be back!
Food was cold should have sent it back but wait was already long
Colleen the bartender turned us on to a “off menu” wine! (Ceechi Montepulciano). The restaurant went above and beyond to provide a CDC approved environment. Our waiter, Zachariah was a “stand-out” employee.. professional
I was a bit disappointed with the food I reviewed everything online before coming there and no where online did it state a different type of menu. I understand with the current situation we’re in certain changes need to be made, however, I was a little disappointed with the food choices. Had the shorter options been made available, I would have planned differently since it was a special occasion for my husband and I. Aside from the menu choices, the service was very pleasant and attentive.
Horrible experience...the waitress acted like she would rather be anywhere but work. We heard her cough several times which with the Coronavirus scare was a complete turn off. Don’t come to work if you don’t want to work or if feel sick. Common sense.
We were given lunch special menus and the waitress saw us looking at them. When she came to take our order she said we couldn’t order off the lunch menu it was only through the week. No apology and no honoring the fact we had just wasted 6 minutes looking at a menu we couldn’t order from.
The bread was hard and cold but she brought butter?
When our food finally arrived (15-20 minutes later), my flatbread pizza was cold and hard...like it had been removed from the fridge instead of the oven. My hubby had the stuffed chicken Parmesan and he said it tasted like a frozen dinner even though it cost $21.
I sent the pizza back and asked for it to be removed from the bill..again no apology or anything. No manager stopped by even though she walked by. To my amazement I was still charged for my iced tea...are you kidding me. After I sat there with nothing to eat I was charged for my drink.
This was the worst food and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We will not be back.
Great food. Recommend the Ribeye steak. Cooked perfectly. My wife and I will definitely be back.
Getaway with spouse
Waitress was a disappointment. She was cheerful enough, but brought coffee with the liquid spilled in the saucer and no napkin to mop it up or new saucer. She never cleared used dishes from the table. Spending about $100 we expected better, more professional, service.
Great for lunch or dinner. We go there every time we visit Cherokee.
Pleasant atmosphere. Attentive waitstaff. Good menu selection.
Wonderful food and atmosphere as always. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the service was great.
Great dinner. Our service was very good and it was a great place to celebrate my birthday.
Food great, inside service great. I booked reservations 3 weeks or more in advance and alerted the hostess when we arrived 20 minutes early that we had arrived for our 7pm reservation and Bella said she put us in as arrived while she didn’t and they ended up seating us late because she didn’t mark us as arrived. She also didn’t even look up when other people arrived while we waited, just said welcome to BRIO while looking at the iPad. As someone who works in the service industry, not a good look. Besides that, wonderful as always.
Brio was amazing, food was great. we ate at the bar TJ and Trae were excellent. looking forward to going back.
Was not impressed with the food. It was relatively expensive for the quality of food. It may have been an off night but it was not very good.
Beautiful decor. The food was outstanding as was the service. The mussels were delicious!
The spaghetti bolognese was perfect and the lobster ravioli appetizer could not have been tastier.
Every thing was delicious, except my husband's alfredo. He said it was tastless, not enough sauce and wasnt hot. He did not say anything to the waitstaff. Told me after we left restaurant.
We always enjoy this restaurant. The food is great. The wine choices are good, although overpriced. Service is excellent. Our waiter seemed too busy for us this time. He was attentive and experienced, but short and disinterested. We brought two family members with us and raved about BRIO. We think they enjoyed it.
Great food.Great service.Shannon our server did a great job.
Our waiter, Gioni, seemed like he was ready to get off work and could have cared less that we were there to have an enjoyable meal. He rushed us to order, practically threw our straws and drinks down on the table, and was generally unpleasant. I usually don’t have complaints about this restaurant but this experience was particularly bad with a rude server.
Always great here! Flatbread is awesome.
Great food and atmosphere! Darrien was amazing to watch! His positive energy was contagious and he seemed to provide excellent help to everyone! Thank you for a great dinner!
Brio was great again. This is our favorite place to eat when at Cherokee. The service is terrific. The drinks from the bar are great.
I have never ordered anything on the menu that I didn't really love.
The Filet Mignon here is better than the high end more expensive steak houses.
I alway look forward to a meal here.
My husband and I both order the Salmon and it was very superb!
I had a reservation for 7:15 pm. I had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The ambiance and food was fair. i was seeking an upscale restaurant and this was not it.
Our spaghetti bolognese looked like dog food over pasta and was tasteless the lobster linguini was just edible
