BRIO Tuscan Grille - Austin - Arboretum
Lunch for 14 team members. Appetizers and entree both very good. Staff was attentive but not in the wat
The hostess was very nice. The food was OK. My water glass was never refilled.
Very good for every day dining
It can b very loud when it is crowded
Great service by Robert. We had good time with friends
Entree was good, spinach and artichoke dip wasn’t that great. Not sure if it had blue cheese, smelled super pungent. If it does have blue cheese, I think they should disclose that on the menu.
Birthday dinner - they took the cake we bought to the back, they were slow on drink refills, flatbread was not hot, left one of our orders off, so one person was not served. Cake came out with chunks of icing missing. I doubt we will dine there again.
The food was amazing but our server forgot multiple items we ordered.
Service was atrocious. Staff there had no desire to be there, more less serve their patrons. Seated promptly then no one waited on us, until I eventually went to host stand (more than 20min in total wait time at table). Although many waiters walked past us. Food was flavorful, appealing, and matched menu description. Ambience was diminished heavily by having sports TVs in entry area and visible to dining room, as well as having bar area too close to dining area. When finally served no apologies, comps, just are you ready to order!! Would not recommend!
Very bad service. No one came to give us water or greet us after being seated for 10 minutes. Saw the waiter 3 times throughout the dinner. He seemed rushed and overwhelmed. Pretty clear they’re understaffed or poorly trained.
Our waiter, Frank at Table 42 was awesome and food delicious. As always.
Food was great, drinks were great and we liked the new lunch options.
Jordan was an outstanding server! Food was excellent as always
We had a friend here from out of town. He is a vegetarian. The wait staff accomodated his diet requirements. The food was fabulous as was the wait staff.
Great option for brunch, but watch out for the French toast as it may be more sugar content than one person can handle!
Awaiting Open Table credit.
Easy and reliable reservations, very good service and value.
Hostess dis not have our Open Table Rez and was rude and dismissive. Showed her the Rez, and she was still dismissive. Rude.
I come in often but today left A LOT to be desired! We had a reservation, showed up on time and although there were no more than 5 tables seated I was told it would take a few more minutes. I went outside since I had my husband & dog out there. We waited 12 minutes in 95 degree weather and the hostess didn’t even bother to come out, sit us not bring menus or water. I had to come in and tell the manager who defended the hostess!!!
Thank goodness Matt & a blue shirted manager took care of us very nicely.
was looking forward to this place and it was ok overall. The appetizers and drinks were good but the main entree was bland which was disappointing.
The service and quality of the food was excellent. The server was particularly great! Definitely will dine there again in the near future and recommend to friends and family.
I will be back to try more dishes because the food is delicious!!!
Good food. Very accommodating of our little kids.
Ordered 5 items for 4 people plus drinks. One good, 2 ok, 2 poor. Very loud at 6:30 then less so later. Too many better places in Austin.
Our waiter, Robert, was amazing! He attended to our every need and provided fantastic service from start to finish. He even offered to take pictures of our group which turned out beautifully. I cannot say enough good about him and hope he is acknowledged well by Brio.
The service was disappointingly slow and we had to ask for things more than once. 1 person reordered a glass of wine and they brought out a gin and tonic (for another guest at the table). The food was mediocre. I ordered the shrimp and lobster fettuccine - the shrimp was over cooked and there were hardly any lobster.
Waiter, "Robert", Service awesome. Food very good. Loved the vegetable medley and the tenderloin. A bit noisy on a Friday night (it was hard to hear my partner) but that can't be controlled, it means people are excited to be there.
Excellent as always! The wonderful experience begins with the sparkling personality of Nese as the delightful hostess😊
Delicious. Love , live, live the Salmon Fresca
Bright, cheery , spacious, classy environment. Great service
Party of 7 was seated on time at a nice table. Service was friendly and accurate. Diverse wine menu. And dinner menu met a variety of dietary needs and interests. All the food was good except the crab cake that was as dry as a hockey puck. It was visibly dry from across the table and no restaurant should have even served it.
I was there at opening , so it was very quiet. Menu choices are very good, the food was great as usual, my server was very nice and helpful and she was training a new server, who was also very nice. Environment is so nice, uplifting, and relaxing, with plenty of space between tables.
Due to recent medical issues I have special dietary needs. Our Waiter and the Chef made it easy to order something I could eat, and it was delicious and enjoyable to get to eat out for a change!
We used to love this restaurant to go frequently but the last few times the service has been terrible and this dinner was no exception. Our server was very sweet and pleasant but unbelievably slow bringing everything out from drinks to bread the entrée to the check when I asked for it. Because of the drastic change and service we probably don’t go there more than twice a year we used to probably go at least 20 to 25 times a year
I like the fosd and ambience at the Brio restaurant. Unfortunately, it took over a half hour to get our food. We had to remind our wait staff that our food had not arrived at our table. The restaurant was not crowded therefore we could not understand the delay of receiving our food. My hope is that the service improves immensely.
First time at BRIO, great food and wonderful staff.
The waitress did not mention that I had a free dessert coming and that offer expired 2 days later. When we finished our entrees she just brought the bill without asking if we wanted anything else. She never refilled my water glass. The waitress never identified herself.
The service was disorganized, albeit pleasant. Our entrees were delivered before our salads, for instance: our entrees were then kept in a heater, so when we finally got to eat them they were not as good as they should have been . The salads were very good, and the chicken limone was a little dry after its sojourn in the salamander. The spaghetti bolognese was tasty but ordinary. The tiramisu dessert was excellent, as was the gelato.
Given the number of diners, the restaurant was quite noisy.
Outstanding as usual!
We have had better experiences with Brio than this one. The food was decent but our waitress was rushing us. The restaurant wasn't crowded but she kept wanting us to order.
Waiter passed us three times in a span of 10 minutes before even addressing for the start. Favorite item bruschetta was removed from the menu due to “ownership change” which alone is a reason to not come back. The Marsala sauce is basically gravy and the lava cake to top it all off was not good at all.
