    The waiter was nice but extremely slow , could be from lack of employees. Manager did come by and check on us a couple of times. The real issue was the quality of food and drinks, having eaten here several times, the drinks were not made correctly and the food came out undercooked and portion sizes seem smaller as prices seem higher. Overall, it was just ok, normally its better.

    I THINK THAT IT IS VERY FAR SO NO MUCH PUBLIC GOES THERE AND IT NEEDS RESTAURATION ONE PART OF THE FLOOR WAS FIXED WITH VINYL TAPE AND SOME TABLES WERE MARKED WITHOT PAINT THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT I WAS CLIENT OF BRIO IN GULF STREAM ACTUALLY CLOSED THAT ONE WAS PERFECT PERFECT TO THIS IN PENBROKE I WILL NEVER RETURN 1 OUR TO GO AND 1 TO RETURN IS TO MUCH FOR THIS SERVICE

    Reservations with 3 adults, 2 teens and 1 child and the service was super slow and food even slower. My dinner wasn’t even ordered. The email special wasn’t honored and they chartered for soda that is included in the kids meal. Disaster of a dinner. 2 plus hours.

    The good: food & drinks were served exactly as ordered no mistake or missing items. Food was tasty. The bad: The food was extremely overpriced. Waiting for the food to be served was way too long. No manager walked around to see how our experience was. Unfortunately we lost our appetites when some customers were seated next to us (indoors) with a dog that smelled horrible. Just for the record it was not a service dog.

    Horrible experience. We had a reservation, and they took 20 minutes to find us a table. We waited for almost 2 hours to get the food for my kids and when they bring it was cold, when the place was not even full. The waitress took 30 min to bring us cups to drink the water when we ask several times. The place look very dirty, horrible smell, ceiling looked half done, dirty tables, things on the floor they didn’t even try to pick up. After more than 2 hrs of waiting for the adults food, which we never got the chance to even try it, we asked for the check and leave. The manager came and took care of our check. We would never come back, horrible experience.

    We went because we had very good experiences in the past. But not anymore, is not the same nice, alive, good quality and vibrant restaurant. It seems they are going through an admin and logistic challenge . They went out-off stock of 5 from 10 red wines in the menu. About food , they didn’t have the ingredients of 2 of the dishes we ordered. Lack of management and passion. Doesn’t worth a visit . The waitress trying to do her best without the resources. Jane was wonderful.

    Will never go here again. Got seated, ordered drinks and appetizers. 10-12 mins later waitress comes and asks if we are ready to order. I say I will but where are my drinks? She apologizes and says I’ll be right back. Then she disappears for almost 15 mins. In the meantime the appetizers have arrived. When she finally brings the drinks I notice that my drink does not look right. I had ordered a double shot of Johnnie Walker Black Label straight up. The drink she got was not a double shot.. when I ask her she says that there was some confusion with my order and acknowledges that it’s not a double shot.. and that she will give me another one on the house. I just smell my drink and tell her that this is not Johnnie Walker Black Label and she acknowledges and says that it’s Dewars white label because they don’t have any more Johnnie Walker Black label.. Why would she not tell me when she served me my drink that it is not what I ordered?? I let the many know and he just apologizes.. I remained in the restaurant because my family wanted to eat there but I AM NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN.

    Very disappointing. We wanted to get a couple drinks and an appetizer. We ordered an old fashioned and an Aperol spritz. Both had too much ice and were very watered down. They muddled and smashed the cherry in the old fashioned and did not have another in the drink to eat along side. Considering the options of cocktails in Pembroke gardens this is not the place to go. We ordered the calamari and a bowl of lobster bisque. The calamari was chewy and the way the sauces were plated some of them were smothered in sauce and the calamari lost its crispy breading. The bisque had an odd gelatinous consistency. It was hot which was comforting but we did not taste any lobster nor have any lobster chunks in the bowl. We had a few bites as it was cold in the restaurant and thankfully our waiter voided this from our total. For brio being an upscale restaurant we expected much more. We’re sad as my wife and I rarely get out and the results were not what we were hoping for…

    We went to dinner with another couple. I asked for a glass of house cabernet and our waiter said that they were out. I then ordered a bottle of beer and was told that they were out of that specific bottle of beer as well!! The waiter blamed it on Father's Day, which was 1 week ago. The other couple had ordered one of the appetizer flatbreads but it was flavorless. The main courses were all very good as well as our desserts.The length of time to get our main courses and desserts took way too long!

    Too long for food. Food came cold. Order wrong. Not enough sauce on pasta and when asked for more sauce was charged 4.95. Bacon on salad hard as a rock. Our waiter tried his best. Not his fault. Understaffed. Manager washing dishes. Crazy

    Before Covid-10 this was a very good restaurant. Post pandemic, they have not recovered in the service department. 30+ minutes to deliver drinks ordered 45+ minutes for water, bread and butter 75+ appetizer delivered-crackers stale for Spinach-Artichoke dip 90+ minutes for main course delivery The place was half full with no tables served outside due to rain. Some lights out, some lights strobing. What a shame that this store cannot do better when the shopping center is overwhelming with shoppers/diners. Price seemed high for drinks, food and service. We will never return. We are regular customers to this shopping/restaurant area. It doesn’t make sense. We wanted to support but They lost us.

    the waitress took everyone’s order at the same time and all of them except for my sons and mine came out at the same time . my party had almost finished their meals when i got mine and my son got his meal when everyone including myself had finished our meals. The service was poor we had to ask multiple times for bread and cheese and to finish it all there was a hair in my sons lemonade. We just got out of there as soon as we could and will never go back

    We have been going to Brio for years. This is the first time the food wasn’t up to their usual excellent standards. The kitchen was clearly overwhelmed but we were with great friends so we had a very nice time.

    This was the worst experience we’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. There was a young lady and young gentleman at the front instead of the usual hostess. They were both extremely rude. Our food took a long time and came was cold. I server was nice, but seemed overwhelmed, which was not her fault. Very bad management here!

    Nice place to visit. Food was tasty but a little overpriced to me. Server was very friendly and energetic which made the overall experience a pleasant one.

    Absolutely awful service! We had to keep reminding server or order, steak came out burnt and cold, service was super slow, etc, etc.

    Easter brunch - waitress did not know mimosas were on the menu. Plates brought out for bread were visibly dirty.

    The food portions were smaller yet the prices went up which is really ridiculous. However, we love the menu at your restaurant and will continue to come if your prices become more reasonable. Your saving grace was the excellent service we received from Tyreek. He was an absolute pleasure. I truly hope he gets an increase in pay or bonus especially since you are charging higher prices; you should be able to accommodate this. Below you ask if I would recommend Brio to a friend; I would but would forewarn them of your outrageous prices.
