   Good food and great value Unfortunately like all restaurants, they need more help. Our waiter James was excellent but was definitely overworked

   Food was delicious! There was a wait getting a table even with the reservation, but it was Mother's Day and super busy. Waitress was very nice and very helpful. It was our first time there and we will definitely go again.

   The restaurant was very crowded for Mothers Day and had understandable backup with seating, even for reservations. Upon arrival at our scheduled reservation time we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait...understandable. We walked about a mall and waited for a text. Upon returning to the desk 30m minutes later I was informed by the hosts that we were next on the list to be called. After another 10 minutes we were not seated. I asked the Manager when we might be seated and was met with, "We can't seat people who made same day reservations ahead of those who made them further in advance." I thought a confirmed reservation was a confirmed reservation. Not a Brio, apparently. I ask, "Okay, when will we be seated then? Whats' the estimated wait time? I've already waited 40 minutes past our reservation? "I can't tell you, maybe if someone cancels we'll have an opening," replied the manager I was stunned that they were ignoring our reservation, just because I made it at 12:42am that morning, and not weeks before. I thought a reservation was a reservation. I felt like the manager was blaming me for the inconvenience I experienced due to their poor reservations and seating system. If you don't have space, don't take the reservation. Anyways, after making a minor fuss they seated us. All is well...NOT SO FAST! We asked for the brunch menu because it was still within the restaurant's brunch time window, and were told that they'd cut off brunch, or "the manager said not to give out brunch menus" and that this week's brunch ended early because is was mother's day. They were cutting off an hour early. this was stated nowhere in advance. We only came for brunch! Thankfully our server provided bunch menus and all was well from then on, still an incredibly frustrating experience. I felt like they were making up rules on the fly and being quite unfair. We won't be back.

   We haven’t been to Brio in three years because our last experience on our daughter’s 21st birthday was terrible. We used to like the food so decided to give it another try today for Mother’s Day. We had a reservation for 1:00 pm and arrived a few minutes early. We weren’t seated until 1:45. Our server, Nathan, was great. We let him know that we were in a hurry because of the delay in seating and he was very helpful. Three out of the five dishes were good. My husband ordered the Tuscan scramble and the eggs were so runny and raw, he couldn’t eat them so I shared my meal with him. I ordered the Chicken Milanese. The chicken was good, but a very small portion; there was very little marinara so the pasta was dry.  I asked Nathan to comp my husband‘s meal because the eggs were raw and he did.  No complaints about Nathan, but unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

   Fettuccine with chicken and spinach was horrible. The sauce was so thick it was almost nauseating. Will never order that dish again. The patio was heavily populated so service was a bit slow.

   We eat here quite often. That night my food was cold, asked 3 times for iced tea refill and got my own , wait staff wouldn't even look our way and had an attitude. My husband's Chicken Limon however was excellent. We expect more from Brio

    Server was great. Starry then ginger ales were both flat. Food tasted delicious. My side of red sauce was forgotten but brought when asked. They gave nice size lime slices for our San pellegrino. The scent/frangrance used in the bathrooms was way too strong. Decoration of flowers and bunnies were out for Easter. We reserved a booth and received it. We had no wait. The special soup of day was Italian meatball and I highly recommend it! They use to give a few bread options in basket, now it’s just sourdough. We were here for a date and it was nice and quiet, very enjoyable.
