Love brio as a date night option. Never disappointed in the service or food.
Celebrated a birthday dinner it was great
Always enjoy the atmosphere, food and service.
It was fine, our food took a long time to arrive and the table cloth on our table was dirty when we arrived but considering it was a holiday it was alright.
Valentine’s Day. Food was good but server wasn’t. She couldn’t tell us how to use the bar code to pull up the menu on our phones. I eventually figured it out. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
Always our go to place that never disappoints. Best beef carpaccio anywhere!
The good food and great service deserve recognition. We will go again soon
Service was absolutely dreadful. Waiter didn’t tell us specials or anything. Lazy work. Good was very good though. Atmosphere was horrible.
We were seated by a very large group with very young children. Granted...I was meeting my friends and had brought my children...with ample coloring books and games and such to keep them entertained. Our server was excellent. My food was Luke warm, but that’s my only negative. It was my first time there and I found the prices reasonable and would go again.
Drinks were okay, took a while to receive them (not the fault of our server, she was waiting at the bar for the bartender to make them). The food was also just okay. Taste was fine, but nothing special. By the time we were driving home, we had already moved on and were thinking about dinner the following night. Overall, it was fine. Nothing memorable or special, would call it “serviceable.”
Our waiter was great; food was okay.
The food, service & atmosphere was good. However, my only complaint is that, I had made a reservation for 9pm. We arrived a little early, we were seated & then basically felt rushed to order our entree’s immediately after ordering our drinks. Throughout our dinner, the kitchen staff was cleaning and doing what needed to be done to prepare for closure. Which is no issue, but our waiter was basically hovering us & snatching our plates and waiting and watching - to see when we would be leaving. I get it, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry myself, but I didn’t like it at all. Other than that, it was great.
Michael was an excellent sever~ delightful demeanor & very professional!
Good experience. One dish was a little bland. But all in all, good.
This place is a mixed bag. I ordered a Caesar’s salad...large quantity , added a nice portion of anchovies when asked, fresh, but they included the lower part of the stalk which was tasteless and bitter. Soup was very good. I ordered the lobster ravioli as a main course.
I asked that it be served when everyone got their main course, but it came with the Salad. It had a nice portion , but was over salted. My wife had a pasta stuffed with ricotta....she gave it a 10. The service started really slow with the drinks. The server apologized as he said he had to make / pour a couple of drinks. The pours were average although the martini was a little light for a martini. The service improved after the drink delay.
We had a party of 5 and they gave us a separate area which was nice...especially during this Covid period
New Years Eve!
everything was great until my dessert came....i ordered e warm chocolate cake which was anything but warm...it was like a slab of yucky something or other...the server said she would bring me another one but i was leary and declined...so if it wasn’t or that, it would have been excellent
Excellent restaurant! We will return!! Service was superb.
Everything was amazing !! Lobster Ravioli for app, excellent Moscato wine, entrees were Shrimp and Lobster pasta and Gorgonzola Steak. Wonderful !
My wife and I enjoyed our Christmas lunch at Brio's. Was not very crowded due to covid. Our waiter, Michael, did a fine job. We very much enjoyed our meals, even the mash potatoes. We have always enjoyed Brio's food except for the mash potatoes. They were always lumpy and usually cold. Not this time. Applause to the new management.
Christmas Eve
Love that you can make a reservation! Brio is a welcome, reliable treat for our family. While the menu is predictable, the dishes are always tasty and the service is great. When we book a table a Brio we know what to expect and they always deliver.
This used to be an elegant place. We went there pre-Christmas, expecting a nice experience. It had no Christmas decorations, the interior was rather dark, and a door to a side room next to our seating area was ajar, with the clutter inside showing. The pandemic struggle this restaurant is enduring was evident. A little more care and attention to detail would go a long way in improving the atmosphere. The food and service were good, however.
We were visiting Cincy & my son. This is our second visit to Brio. We absolutely loved it! Our waiter was superb and the food and wine was fabulous. Will definitely be back on a future visit!
Thanks for visiting us again. We're glad you enjoyed your meal and look forward to seeing you again.
I always love every meal I have ordered here. I have always enjoyed my visit here. But our server was not very attentive at all and there were only 4 tables full in the whole restaurant. I am still looking forward to going back again.
Thank you for your continued loyalty and patronage! We appreciate you dining with us and apologize the service was not up to par. We will be sure to address it and look forward to seeing you again soon.
We eat here frequently and have always felt the quality of the service and food were excellent. Flatbread came out room temp and lasagna was mushy like it had been held on a warming tray for hours. We’ll give Brio a try again and just hope this was an off night.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review as our customer’s feedback is very important to us. We apologize your experience was not up to our usual standards. We will undoubtedly contact management and make them aware of the situation to ensure it does not reoccur in the future.
We ate outside cause of COVID the service was good, the noise level high because there is a lot of construction going and the music was very loud to compensate. We would go again when the construction is finished
We appreciate you taking the time to write to us and are sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your recent visit. Please know that your feedback will be shared with our management team in an effort to improve future guest experiences. Thank you for reaching out to us.
It was a perfect weather day for outside dining. Had lunch with a friend and shared a delicious bottle of wine. Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. All in all a great time.
Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Brio Italian Grille. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your meal and hope to serve you again soon.
Server was very uninterested
Good food. Slow service but friendly and helpful server. We will return.
We apologize for the longer than expected wait time. The management team has been made aware of your comments for improvement in our service and expediency.
Food was just okay overall. Service was not good. We had empty drinks and dirty dishes on the table for pretty much the entire evening. A couple of drinks and a salad that we did not order were delivered to our table. Bottled beers were dropped off to the table unopened. I served for a decade and know that many things can play a role in service, but our server just did not seem to want to be bothered that evening. My husband, who very rarely complains, was uncharacteristically irritated with how the evening went. I used to like Brio but will not be going back.
Our service should have been much better and we will be sure to address this with the team. We'd like to get in touch and see if we can be of assistance.
Herschel was professional and always timely. Made a great dining experience exceptional! Enjoyed the October pasta specials.
We're glad you enjoyed our World Pasta Month specials. We hope to serve you again soon.
We all had various dinner salads. They were very good, service was fantastic. Sitting outside was wonderful.

The server was exceptional! She really kept checking on us. This was one of my favorite restaurants- the food this time was just okay.
We're happy you received such excellent service and apologize you did not fully enjoy your meal. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope to serve you again soon.
Always an excellent place to enjoy a good meal with friends.
We appreciate your loyalty & patronage. We hope to continue serving you and look forward to seeing you at your nearest Brio soon.
Beautiful atmosphere, great food and prices for the quality!
Thank you! We hope to serve you again soon.
We went to Brio's years ago and remember the food being really good. However, we went on Friday night and the food was not good at all. Our waiter was great but food would need to be great for us to come back.
We apologize the meal did not meet your expectations. Our guests' feedback is highly valuable to us as we utilize it for improvement in our guests' experience. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Entire experience was wonderful. Feel bad Restaurants aren’t very busy during Pandemic. They space all the tables and all staff wear masks.
Thank you. We look forward to serving you again and providing you with a one of kind experience!
Had reservation for outside table at 7:00. Did not get a cocktail for 15 minutes. Then ordered an appetizer which did not show up until 8:00. By 9:00 we had eaten but we were afraid to order dessert - didn't want to wait all night. Service was very poor. My friend ordered wine to accompany her meal and it never came. Eventually she went inside to request that someone bring it out. Food was mediocre - beef carpaccio was good as it always is but the chicken with lemon was pounded too much and the meat had no taste. Breading and sauce were acceptable but meat (even with a huge portion) had no flavor. Broccolini was good. My friend did enjoy her salmon. I've eaten here in the past and it has been a better experience. I will not return for a while.
We are very sorry about your experience and appreciate your feedback.
We sat outdoors. The music from the levy was quite loud. Not sure why that was the case. Food was nice, nothing super spectacular. The service was good and friendly. I ordered the Brio Pasta, but with Marinara sauce. The Marinara was not spectacular. Quite an abundance of pasta, basil and chicken though. Overall, a good experience, just not great.
We are happy to receive such lovely feedback about our team. Thank you for dining with us. We hope you visit us again soon.
