BRIO (palabra italiana que significa "animado" o "lleno de vida") es un restaurante elegante informal que ofrece una auténtica gastronomía del norte de Italia. Su subtítulo, "Tuscan Grille", describe un menú con filetes, chuletas y mariscos asados al horno, similar al que ofrecen los ristorantes tradicionales de la Toscana. Love the Bravo concept so wanted to try this one. First we arrived and no one was at the host stand. Then someone sat us down and we waited for a waitress. Finally we placed an order and then salads came out less than 2 minutes before our dinners. By the time we ate the salads our dinners were barely warm. Not once did anyone asks how our meal was going? The waitress dropped the check without even asking about desserts. Finally after we got home we saw an email saying our reservation had been cancelled. Poor service on all parts.

No host when we arrived. Sat by a bartender and then 20 minutes later a server finally came. Should have just left then but things continued to slide. Spent over two hours just trying to have a descent meal while traveling and not worth the time or money.

Margaritz was great, she was so sweet and professional!!! The Caesar salad is always so good. The spaghetti bolognese tasted a little different, maybe a recipe change happened recently, still good though.

Our waiter did a great job at first describing the food and helping us make decisions. Issue arose from the length of time everything was taking. A simple quick dinner turned into an ordeal as the waiter kept apologizing for how long everything was taking. Not worth the wait.

I have been to Brio many times in the past years mainly the Liberty location and had good experiences. Today, however, was a mess. Once we were sat we waited 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table. Waitress was very nice but had lots of tables and everything took forever…almost two hours for food from time we were sat. Felt so sorry for the waitress and she kept checking on our food and apologizing.

Italian restaurant with no espresso should have been a sign about how this experience would be. Things only got worse as chicken came out undercooked and pasta dish arrived with sauce on one side and half the noodles dry. Can't even toss the pasta in sauce. Next time it's Olive Garden. At least if I get served poor quality the price matches.

Started off with hostess seating us and no one coming to the table until we flagged a lady manager down. Service from that point on was still underwhelming and when the pasta and chicken dishes arrived it looked like someone just threw it on the plate. Both dishes were barely hot and not once did someone ask us if anything was good or wrong. Only question from the waitress was were we ready for the check????

Should have realized from the lack of a hostess when we arrived that the restaurant was understaffed. A server sat us and a gentlemen who dress more like a bartender waited on us. Drinks were great, but the long........ wait for food and the numerous apologizes for the kitchen being behind on a slow night was ridiculous.
