   Not a great experience, especially for Mother’s Day. There was a 35-40 minute wait, even though we had reservations. However, we did not hold that against them as we were told they had a power outage. What I will hold against them was messing up the food, waiting over two hours to eat, and a denfensive waitress. When I asked where our appetizers were, and indicated that the table across from us, sat after us, had their apps., and ate currently having dinner, she said I just put the orders in and don’t control how they come out. Not good! I asked for the manager. About 10 mins. Later we got 4 of the meals ordered and no appetizers. At this point, obviously we do not want the apps. 10 mins later we got the fifth meal followed by the 3 apps. Very disappointing and disheartening experience. The manager was extremely gracious. He did comp the 3 appz and took an additional $20 off the bill. I would have rathered had the apps first, timely meal, and an accountable waitress, but at least the manager tried to make it right.

   We wanted to try a new restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day. It turned out to be the worst restaurant experience we have ever experienced. Having years of experience myself working in the hospitality industry in teen years and into my twenties, I have a soft spot for taking care of service workers with generous tips. Today was the first time in my life that I didn’t leave a tip. After sitting in the restaurant for 1.5 hours, our food never arrived (2 eggs & bacon dishes and 2 chicken tenders dishes for the kids), and the server came to our table a total of 3 times in the 1.5 hrs we sat at the table: 1) to say hello when we got seated, 2) to take our order and 3) to bring us our initial drink order. The manager came up to us and other tables after 1 hour & 15 minutes to apologize for the delay and that our food order was next in line. After an additional 15 minutes with no food service, I asked for the check for the drinks we had and the appetizer my wife ordered. As the server brought us the check, another server carried over the chicken tenders for my kids. I said no thank you bc we are leaving, plus she was short two plates. She informed me that the eggs & bacon dishes were still being prepared & would be another 15 minutes. You can’t made this stuff up. Even though it was the worst Mother’s Day we have ever experienced, my wife had a laugh at how bad a well known restaurant can be run.

   Seated in the bar area and felt forgotten about. Had to ask for bread, drinks. Food was good though

   Always a great meal at Brio! Enjoyed the shrimp and eggplant flatbread, and the Sausage and pepperoni flatbread. We’ll be visiting again soon!!!

   Food was served the proper temperature and was very good. outside dining was wonderful. Service could have been better. We had to request silverware and waitress disappeared for long stretches. Not sure if it was due to her having to cover too many tables. We will return.

   My only complaint is that it is absolutely to cold in the dining area making people uncomfortable and wanting to leave as soon as possible. There has to be some way to adjust the temperature to allow for comfortable dining.

   I’m not going to come here anymore. They don’t serve the good food except for 3 hours a day. Their menu is just not good. I’m done. I will finish my gift cards and go to Redstone
