    This was the worst dining experience ever. It took an hour and a half to get any food. Salads were ordered and never came. The food arrived cold and overcooked. When we spoke up we were told that we should be gracious and we ate the food so that was on us. They then told us that there was a party of 40, 20 and another 10 top and that’s why the food and service was subpar.

    Waitress needs some training. She seemed too flustered with as many tables as she had. Also needs to communicate better since she clearly needed help. We didn’t have anyone to ask how are meal was or how the food came out as well as no one to refill water until the very end

    DORIAN, our waiter was our favorite waiter in the world. We were there for Mother's Day. Dorian was so sweet, very informative of the food questions we had, always there for us and very fun.

    Sub par at best. My salad was brown and wilted. Calamari were overcook dry and chewy. Barely any sauce on my husbands chicken Milanese. For the amount you pay it’s definitely not worth it.

    Food was great but expensive. Service was slow and waitress made mistakes, promised to correct them and then didn’t. It was Mothers Day so understand how she could be overwhelmed but she was not a good listener.

    minimal brunch menu---and they only had 1 menu for the entire table for their brunch selections. Waiter was very nice! In general the restaurant seemed to be very confused and disorganized

    The waitress we had was kind, but super distracted and moved really slow. Had to ask other servers for basic things like silverware, water and the check.

    Food wasn’t as expected, risotto with seafood had 3 tiny shrimp and looked like uncle bens rice mix not risotto. They did make new entree but chicken lemone wasn’t much better. Breading soggy, broccolini still hard. Would not return , for price I expected more than that level of food.

    I had the Pasta Alla Vodka and it was extremely salty. I’ve had it several times before and it was always delicious. I should have sent it back, but I didn’t. And the salad dressing on the wedge salad seemed watery. Not my best experience there.

    We were there for a celebratiıon. Food came 1.5 hours late. Appetizers came as soon as possible. Spaghetti sauce came without spaghetti. We didnt want to ruin the nite so we didnt complain at that time. And lastly we didnt realize tip was included so we gave 15%tip.

    30 min. Late seating us. Hour wait for cocktails. Had to open my own wine. No compassion from waiters Tony and ? Food was good but salmon was not a filet and lasagna had too much cheese. No sauce with lasagna. No one came by to check on how lasagna and salmon was. Will not be back.

    Waitress was not friendly or interested in serving despite getting automotic 20% gratuity as party of 6. Asked for food to be swept from under chair from previous customers and never bothered to have server clean it. Chairs had grease fingers on it. Served a dirty beverage glass with no apology. Had to ask for bread refill three times before getting it. Bad dining experience.

    Lasagna probably sat on the warmer too long causing the noodles to harden all around the outside of the dish. Definitely not a $19.99 piece of lasagna.

    They overbooked reservations so we were seated in the bar area. We have dined at this Brio many times over the past 20 years. The food quality has declined, especially the past two years since it reopened. Our waitress was very good but it took way to long for the food to be prepared. It was a disappointment overall.

    Once order placed we waited 50 minutes for our food that came out lukewarm and dried out from sitting under the heat lamps for 30 minutes. Asked the waitress to serve the meals already prepared under the heat lamps and she said she was not allowed to until everyone’s meal was ready to serve. Also asked for decafe coffee and we’re told they don’t have decafe coffee.

    I had not eaten at Brio since before the pandemic so it had been a while. The quality of the food was not as before and not very good. The chicken marsala was not really chicken marsala - more grilled chicken breast with some kind of marsala gravy and mushrooms poured over the top. The waiter did her best and was very professional but it appears Brio is short on staff like may other places so she was overworked.

    I do love Brio. The 3 other guests at our table all ordered a pasta dishes with Bolognese sauce, which we know is always outstanding here. I ordered the steak salad, and when asked, I stated that I wanted it "medium". Now, I think medium, rare, medium rare, etc. can mean different things at different restaurants, and I should've asked, but the filet on top my salad was definitely not what i would call medium. I could've sent it back to cook a little longer, but I figured it's already on top of a cold dish (salad) and too much fussing for the kitchen...so I just didn't. The salad was very good though I didn't eat much of the filet.

    Even with a Open Table Reservation we had to wait greater than 15 min. So worth the wait. Dorian our server was professional, polished, and very cordial and attentive. Thks to mgr for getting me OJ fast as my sugar level was very low and I became ill waiting.After that everything perfect. Appetizer Capprechio(sp) wow perfect and my salmon fresco oohh lala.
