   Booked a reservation for my mom’s 70th birthday, and it was our first time dining at Brio. While the food was excellent, we were extremely disappointed with the service. We usually don’t complain, but the experience was unexpected. We ordered wine and didn’t receive it until we had nearly finished our dinner. Even then, we had to pour it ourselves and was poorly opened. Despite asking multiple times for water, we never received refills. On top of that, there was an accidental spill at our table, and after repeatedly asking for napkins to clean it up, none ever came. Our appetizer plates were never cleared, so they piled up on the table throughout the meal. To make matters worse, before dining, I had mentioned to our waiter that it was my mom’s 70th birthday and that we wanted to get her a dessert after dinner, but he never offered a dessert menu or brought one. I wanted to treat her to a special dinner and dinning at Brio was beyond disappointing, especially with how much we spent. :(

   Staff was very friendly. Noise level was very loud so it was difficult to hear the other end of the table. Food took a while to come out even though it didn’t seem that crowded. Somewhat pricey for the value.

   It was very bad service. I ordered salmon it was over coovled and very dry. The spinach archivhop dip was too salty. Had yo wait for main course for 45 minutes and when it comes it was cold. The strawberry lemonade and reguler lemonade the server told it won’t get refill. It was birthday lunch no surprise piece of cake for complimentary. And price for pathetic food was sky high. Never going to come back. Very very bad experience

   Our first experience with Bio at Legacy Village. My husband enjoyed his shrimp pasta with olives and artichokes, but I was disappointed in the seafood risotto. The menu did say black pepper sauce, but the pepper was so overwhelming that both my husband and I agreed that you could not taste the scallops or shrimp. I love a nice peppercorn sauce, but this was far too spicy and over the top for the subtle flavors of scallops and shrimp. Our server was very personable and attentive, and I enjoyed the salty butter on the bread. We will give it another try as my husband's meal was nice and a little different from the usual Italian options.

   Party of 6. Round table and generally quiet surroundings made for a very pleasant evening. The food was enjoyed by all and is reasonably priced.

   My husband and I had our first date at Brio 13 years ago and we try to come back every year. We dined here on this past Wednesday for our 9th wedding anniversary. Stephanie, our waitress, was fabulous

    The restaurant was close to being empty so noise was not a problem. Our server was very nice and attentive. Food was mediocre and barely warm with little flavor. Brio has definitely gone downhill. I’d rather go to a privately owned Italian restaurant especially for the price point and quality of food. Won’t be returning.
