We ate there. They were out of all of the food. They were out of all salad options. We had to wait one hour to just get bread. Our food finally came even before the bread even came. Then they were out of carry out boxes. Service was slow.

It's not the best experience. Having a reservation meant absolutely nothing. Seated ONE HOUR after my reservation time because tables were not being bussed nor utensils being rolled. The host was kind enough to get me an iced tea while l waited, but that was about the limit on grace. Calamari came out cold. Top to the pepper grinder came off and flooded my Caesar salad with pepper, to which the server said, "At least it wasn't salt!" Well, yeah, but it is still inedible......didnt offer to exchange it, and charged full price for it anyways. Shrimp and scallops risotto was too salty and the Gelato tasted like Breyers ice cream. The spinach artichoke dip and the Fettuccine Alfredo were really good, though. $250 dinner and another $50 tip and was not an enjoyable evening.

Very disappointed. Had eaten there in the past 2 years ago and food was exceptional. This time Not So Much! Filet came out extremely burnt and the spaghetti was awful tasting. Also mashed potatoes were very cold. I normally do not take time to fill out surveys but this was not worth the $ or the time we sat there. Very Disappointing

We waited for 40 minutes with a reservation. The host said someone took our table but there were 3 other open tables they could have sat us at. Once we got a table we ordered and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Our daughters got pizza, it was raw and coated in flour. They were out of multiple menu items as well. The manager didn’t speak to us at all.

The Focaccia Bread served here (Before Meal) is very very hard and chewy always. We love going to this place because of Ambiance and Food. Please Fix the bread.

Hi, Prior trips have been okay, but the atmosphere, food and service were not good at all this trip. The kids chicken parm was...honestly, no words. Our server did not seem to know what he was doing, he may have been new, but we were there to celebrate and were not impressed. The food was bland and just overall very disappointing.

Disappointed many menu options were unavailable! Poor server had to break the news to us and came across as that was a normal thing for the restaurant (being out of menu choices)

Server was excellent however my Gnocchi was overcooked and dry. Asked for more teabags and was told that they were totally out???

The service wasn’t as good as we usually have there. I ordered the shrimp and lobster pasta and there was hardly any cream sauce & I asked for more & once added it was delicious as always. We had to ask for bread, which is always brought out first. Overall, it was a nice meal as we dine there quite often.

Our reservation was before 6 so it wasn’t too busy. Our server was very attentive. The bolognese pasta was overpowered with roasted garlic. The Caesar salad was very good and the soup of the day was mushroom and it was delicious. The Italian margarita I had was delicious too. Overall a very good experience.
