                                                                  We eat at Brio Italian Grill every time we go to the Cherokee Casino. The food is great with large portions there is something to take back to the room. The wait staff is great and very attentive to your needs. Location is conveniently located in the casino away from the gaming so the whole family can come to dinner. You can not go wrong eating at Brio.

                                                                  Worst service ever 1 hour 45 minutes. Our waiter had our food sitting in the to go for an hour then it was re plated and served to us. Asked to have new one waited 45 more minutes. I had to ask for manager Jerry who said he would void transaction. We got our to go and it was never eaten on my part my husband was dry and cold . We think they re plated it again. Order was not correct.

                                                                  We have eaten at Brios many, many times. Something has changed there. New Chef??? New Suppliers??? It was not our usual great experience. The chicken was dry and the beef carpaccio beared no resemblance to the dish we normally love. Very disappointed.
