   Lasagna was great chicken Alfredo was okay chicken was dry but fettuccine and Alfredo was great server was not very attentive he would be walking and talking at the same time not standing and listening and foot propped up on chair while talking if he stopped he came by in a whirlwind and poured us more water that ended up all over the table he was not a good server for this atmosphere Jason was his name he should be in a bar slinging beers not a sit down fancy take your time enjoying your meal environment

   This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. After an hour of waiting for our food we asked for a manager. The GM refused to come over to us and yelled at the other manager to come to us. After a complaint was made, the table next to us walked out. We waited an additional 30 minutes and asked if they had a time frame on when we would get our food. We were told that kitchen staff said " they have no idea". We waited another 15 minutes, and the manager said he comped our food, but at that point, they started serving others food around us that ordered way after us. They purposely would not give us our order at that point, and we left.

   This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in any dine and establishment. I'm 52 years old. I was literally a flight attendant for 25 years so I have traveled and eaten in several different restaurants extensively. First off my reservation was at 8:15 p.m. at 8:13. I was still in my room so I did what I should have and I called down to let them know I was on my way. I spoke with Bree. She then told me. Oh thank you for calling me. I've checked you in. Goodbye, that was it. I get down to the stand and she tells me. Oh I just checked you again. Your table's not ready. Okay she says I'll text you when your table is ready and she said and I told you that earlier I said no you didn't so she repeated that. She told me before I got off the phone that she checked me in and I was on a list and I wouldn't receive a text. She absolutely never said that. So then I get a text that my table's ready I get up. I go to the front of the house and she approached me and said oh your table's ready. So as I'm making my way to follow a host to the table, he turns around and he says oh you must be mistaken. She was wrong. Your table's not ready. We'll text you when it's ready. Okay so fine I did get in. I had requested a booth but I had a table so I say to him. Oh I thought I was getting a booth and he says to me no you were late for your reservation and I called you two times and you never answered so this is all we have. Number one he never called me. The only phone calls from this restaurant was the phone call I made to tell them that I was running late. LIE number 3. I've been talked to a very nice gentleman. I think his mom was Jake. The final straw was when my boyfriend asked the waitress to tell him about a dish and she said it's on the menu as if you can't read that was it. I was done super rude, super unprofessional and I would never go there again!

   We eat at Brio Italian Grill every time we go to the Cherokee Casino. The food is great with large portions there is something to take back to the room. The wait staff is great and very attentive to your needs. Location is conveniently located in the casino away from the gaming so the whole family can come to dinner. You can not go wrong eating at Brio.

   have ate here for years and always great service and food. Steak to salad they do a good job. Do not count on walking in best to get a reservation.

   Worst service ever 1 hour 45 minutes. Our waiter had our food sitting in the to go for an hour then it was re plated and served to us. Asked to have new one waited 45 more minutes. I had to ask for manager Jerry who said he would void transaction. We got our to go and it was never eaten on my part my husband was dry and cold . We think they re plated it again. Order was not correct.

    Spent a delightful evening at Brio with excellent service and tasty foods including the chicken Marsala and salmon Fresca. Nice friendly service.
