Love Brigade as always. Introduced my visiting sister to our favorite restaurant. Have written about food plenty of times, this time I want to compliment the service. Our regular waitress, Brytan, was off so Matt took care of us. Matt was excellent, personable and made sure our dinner was an enjoyable experience. For future reservations we would ask for Matt if Brytan is unavailable. Already making our next reservation

Brigade never disappoints. The food is incredible across the menu and the service is always top notch, despite a horrible labor market in the service sector in BZN. We always order the pork rib app, which is insanely good. However, this time the dessert stole the show, an affogato served with their signature toasted marshmallow ice cream. Can’t wait to get back!!!

We love Brigade. All their food options are top notch and their happy hour is unreal! Upscale food options, but also more affordable (and still AMAZING) options as well. I love that we can go there for happy drinks and food or a fancy night out.

We came here for dinner on a Tuesday night. The atmosphere is lively. We ordered warmed olives to start off with and they were delicious. As our entrees we had the bison ribeye and the bison short ribs. Both were absolutely very very good but I would recommend the bison short ribs. It was so tender and flavorful.

Always go to Brigade when ee have the opportunity, our favorite restaurant in Bozeman. As always our wait person, Brytan(never know if I’m spelling that right) took care of us as usual as ee always ask for her. Food was great as always. Congratulations to John for achieving Level 2 Sommelier.

We were a party of nine that was seated promptly at 6pm, which was our reservation time. An A-plus experience all around from our very attentive server, delicious appetizers, entree’s and dessert! Excellent! I have dined at Brigade before with just my daughter and that was a great time as well!

Nice addition to BZN dining. Some dishes and house cocktails are a bit too sweet for my palate, but a nice selection overall on both counts. I'd recommend keeping your cocktail order simple if you like more spirit forward drinks. Can't go wrong with their martinis. There should be apps, entrees, and/or salads for all tastes. The carpaccio app is excellent. The special pork-chop on August 17th was very good. Grilled savory, and served with a lightly sweet onion and bacon jam. Roasted sunchokes had nice flavor, but texture of under-cooked potato, just not my thing. Broccolini and chanterelles rounded out the presentation nicely. Service was excellent throughout the meal, and accommodating as we requested a table change from high-top to seated table.

Brigade was so great to work with - we needed a party for 11 people, then added 3 more with no issues! They very accommodating and even split the check for us. The food and drinks were delightful! Everyone loved their meal!

We were excited to dine here for lunch. Enjoyed cocktails at the bar before lunch. Very good. However, when we ordered lunch the food description does not match what's on the plate. Heirloom tomatoes with the burrata were just regular tomatoes. We ordered extra bacon and paid $6 but only got one thin bacon strip, not even meaty. Ordered the beignets that were to come with a coffee anglaise sauce and the sauce was maple syrup :( Maybe it was an off day.

The prices on the bill were different from the menu. Also a processing charge was added without explanation. The chicken was salty, steak was too tough and the special had no taste. Subpar all around.

A delicious meal! What stands out however is the friendly staff and terrific service. That with the wonderfully prepared and presented food our meal was the best we experienced this trip to Bozeman. Forget the restaurants with all the hype, if you want to be greeted by a smiling face, get a great drink and delicious meal Brigade is your place! Enjoy.

Another fabulous meal at Brigade. The service is wonderful with friendly and knowledgeable wait and front staff. I’d love to see some GF entrees that are plant based. 2 of us enjoyed the shrimp and sausage (I omitted the sausage) fettuccine and it was delicious. My friend had the bison rib eye and he reported it was amazing - which I assumed would be the answer because not a speck was left on the plate!
