   A beautiful new space with a good menuow. The food was well prepared and the service good, although slow to bring us requested salt and pepper. For some reason restaurants never provide salt and pepper on the table. Either they are looking after our health or the chefs think they know how the food should taste. Brigade is a good addition to the Bozeman food scene.

   This is arguably the best restaurant in Bozeman. It wasn’t long ago when your options in Bozeman were pretty bleak to say the least. All our food and drinks were really great. Liked our server and the ambiance is really nice. Service was a little spotty, but they went way out of their way to make up for that. In today’s labor climate, I’ve learned that slow and spotty service is kind of the new normal. What isn’t combined with this “new normal” is staff that goes out of their way to rectify issues in any way possible. And, if you don’t order the Buffalo carpaccio, you’ll regret it, unless you’re a vegetarian or a vegan of course.

   Comfortable seating, nice ambience, yummy cocktails, over priced ice cube ($1) when ordering booze on the rocks. Carrots were hard :( in the delicious short rib dish. Overall I would give them another chance. Slow cook the carrots in the deliciousness of the meat juices!!

    Great table! Terrific server who navigated the 6 of us to the perfect appetizer and entre. This is our 5th visit to Brigade and it seems to get even better each time. The new manager was 109% hands on with every aspect of this restaurant. Happy hour cocktails put the finishing touch on everything!

    The food and service are always excellent. Second time the beer taps weren’t working. We’re not drinkers so no big deal for us. It is a little loud in there but we were seated up front towards the Main Street and it was much quieter. It’s a great place and quickly becoming our favorite.

    We have dined at Brigade many tomes and it has never disappointed! My wife and I shared a charcuterie board and enjoyed a lovely sauvignon blanc. We both had (again!) the flathead trout. Skin crispy without being crunchy. Fish was moist and flaky and perfectly seasoned. We had our favorite waiter, Brittany and her service was wonderfully attentive. Always recommend this restaurant to people as our absolute favorite in Bozeman

    First time at this restaurant, went for dinner on Sunday evening. The food was good, elk short ribs were delicious, the trout was good. Service was good . Would most likely eat here again if in the area.

    The raclette was a great starter. We had the bison seared in a wine reduction, scalloped potatoes and asparagus. Everything cooked to perfection. The wine list is huge!

    Seated right away, but a question about drink ingredients seemed to confuse the server, who vanished to get the answer, but didn’t. Another server came over after about 10 minutes and we tried again, with the same result. Third server was the charm, and we finally were able to order drinks and an app. The drinks were great, though, as were the hot olives After the drink episode things smoothed out and dinner se better. The Bison short ribs and trout mains were excellent, as was the spinach salad. The deep fried shrimp appetizer was good. But seemed to be more breading than shrimp. Despite the initial hitches in service, the servers were friendly and helpful, s well as apologetic about the problems . The food was great, and we will go back again.

    Everything we’ve had there was so delicious! Wonderful staff, everyone was so kind. They held a surprise gift from my wife overnight and brought the gift out with dessert. We had great conversation with the Chef, the owner, and the manager. The food here has a story, the building has a story, the ambiance is amazing. Thank you Brigade team for what you bring to Bozeman Montana!

    Brigade helped two couples celebrate a shared wedding anniversary with complimentary champagne (thanks, Brigade!) and a lovely meal. We love the half-price bottles of wine during Happy Hour. Best dinner plate of the night was the Bison Short Ribs; least favorite was the Chicken Pot Pie (too little filling/gravy, difficult to eat without sloshing over the edge of the baking dish). The Frisee Salad also was very good.

    We love dining at Brigade, it is our favorite restaurant in Bozeman. First of all, shout out to our waitress, Brytan. She remembered us from our last visit back in October. She even remembered our son who was with us at the time. We will be asking her to be our waitress next time we eat at Brigade. Started our meal with Happy Hour so an excellent Daou chardonnay at 50% off! Daou is a very good label which I highly recommend. Menage a Foie with duck served 3 ways to start, torchon, ceviche and prosciutto styles were wonderful. My wife and I both had the Flathead Trout. Fish was excellent with crispy but not crunchy skin and properly seasoned and not overcooked. The seasonal menu had recently changed so Flathead Trout instead of Steelhead. Meal was not rushed and Brytan gave just the right amount of attention to us throughout the meal. We are already planning our next visit and highly recommend Brigade for a fine dining experience

    Brigade has quickly become one of our favorite places in town! The cocktails are fantastic, and it’s very fun that they have some creative alcohol free cocktail options on the menu as well, for anyone who may not drink. The food is exceptional as well, and we’ve had excellent service every time.

    I’d have given 5 stars for everything, but it’s not a good “value”. We are willing to pay for it because the food and service are outstanding, but their prices are pretty high. Regarding the ambiance, it’s amazing visually, but very loud. If you don’t mind the noise level and the prices, I highly recommend it. We will be back.

    Fabulous! Chase was a very attentive waiter. He was not intrusive & he explained each course & the wine pairing.As did all the servers that brought our courses to us. I would definitely recommend Brigade to anyone.

    Hello! The meal was good but the menu did not match what was posted on Instagram (Wild Mushroom Benedict/Duck Confit Hash). I ended up ordering the Brigade Brunch (scrambled eggs and potatoes and toast). It said there would be some greenery but there wasn't any. I just wanted to let you know!! Thank you!

    The space is very nice. We had some cocktails, olives, and the Chef’s tasting menu. Table service was great, host was great, cocktail service was slow but it was a reasonably busy night. Service overall was good enough. However, the olives were pitted olives served with flavored pretzel flats that we buy from Costco to put in our 10 year old’s lunch. Also many of them were broken. While this is fine at the school cafeteria I was expecting more here. That just seems insulting to the diner. There were no oysters as had been promised, which is perfectly understandable in Montana. However, the replacement was a glazed shrimp situation that looked straight from the nearest Chili’s. Overall the food was just ok, but the atmosphere and the bill at the end suggested it should have been spectacular. We came away thinking they either need to turn down the pretentiousness and the bill or considerably turn up the food.

    The food and atmosphere are terrific! The vibe is energetic and upscale. Filet was cooked perfectly, the cocktails were creative! Host was welcoming and warm. Our experience was tainted by our unprofessional, aloof server, Sarah P. She wasn't welcoming, warm and spoke under her breath to where we could barely hear her. Just an odd demeanor for a server. Our apps came out before our drinks so we waited to dig in until our drinks came. A long while. When we asked her, she said the bar was really behind and had a long list of drinks to make. Yet, she came back with them in 60 seconds and set them down and said nothing. She seemed annoyed to be serving us and working in general. I would never go back if I thought she'd be my server again. Not on par with what you expect when paying this much for a dining experience. Note to Brigade: the food and atmosphere are just 2/3 of the experience. The server brings the rest. I'm a local, dine out frequently and have dined here twice before. I think I'll stick to Feast when I want to celebrate with my favorite people.
