Soup was the consistency of caned condensed soup before you add liquid. My room at the hotel came with 2 free appetizers. When we inquired about the appetizers they told us they had no appetizers available. This was at 4:40 pm. They were also out of crackers for the soup. Took about 40 min for soup and sandwiches. Never received cream for coffee.
They create a special pre-concert menu that is extremely limited and a buffet. I expect higher prices with a captive audience...but they do a severely poor job with the buffet food for $19 a plate.
Wonderful dinner buffet! Great service and perfect location for Robinson events!
As always, we enjoyed our meal prior to an event at Robinson Center. Parking is convenient and reservations are easy. The food is good and the servers are great. We will be back.
Good food on buffet and good service. Limited menu selections.
The chicken, fish, and turnip greens that were on the buffet this week were spicy. Your food would taste just as good without the hot spice. I hate to pay for buffet then be unable to eat.
The dessert tray looked tastier this week than the last play.
We enjoy eating lunch before a production at Robinson Center. Making a reservation on line is very easy, and eating a good lunch prepares us to enjoy the production. The food is quite good, and our service has always been outstanding. We see friends there who have the same schedule that we do, and it's great to visit with some of those which we do not see very often. We enjoy the restaurant and would recommend it.
Buffet option on the weekend was overall decent price but not the quality I expected. Very disappointing.
We enjoy eating dinner at The Bridges before going to an event at the Robinson Theatre. If we lived closer, we would eat there more often.
The service was not-so-great. The cake was so bad (dry/refrigerator taste), I sent it back.
They were out of pork chops, and the ribs I got as replacement were pretty dry and not meaty.
Enjoyed my meal. Have eaten here several times prior to attending Celebrity Attractions programs. The portion sizes are small compared to price but the food has always been delicious.
Menu available was not the menu posted online. Very limited, very basic, but not very good. The staff were terrific.
I made reservations, it took a long time to get our food and 7/9 of the entrees were cold when we received the food .Poor service from the waitress not enough staff to accommodate a large group in a timely manner.
My wife and I really enjoy Bridges as a before event meal. The food is excellent and the wait staff is very good. It is quite easy to make reservations and staff that greets us is always friendly and sensitive to our situation. We have enjoyed both lunch and dinner at Bridges and look forward to our next event meal.
Good food, good service, excellent menu, open, good lighting, very comfortable for young and more mature
Worst meal ever. Took 40 minutes to get cold food. Had to have waiter get Alfredo sauce and BACON for pasta. Yes, we were served cooked pasta with no sauce or main ingredient, bacon. Buffet ran out of beef. I ordered shrimp PO -boy and crispy fries...very disappointed. Sad thing is, I bragged on your restaurant, I was so embarrassed, that I paid for 2 of my friends meal.
Apparently the menu you have is old. All we had to choose from was 'bar food'....no steak, no ribs. We based our decision to dine there on the menu we saw on your site. Furthermore, it took Alamo at an hour to get said 'bar food' and it wasn't that great!
Menu looked good but when we got there they had a limited menu do to a concert going on next door. So both the items me and my wife wanted where not on the menu. So we had to settle for something else.
Been twice now and disappointed both times. No plans to go back for a meal, unless strawberry salad. It was the only good thing anyone in our group had either visit. Buffet was bland, run of the mill banquet food and exactly the same both visits. Hamburger was dry & overcooked (ordered M, not well-done). Catfish was terrible.
We were so happy to be able to make lunch reservations before attending a performance at Robinson Auditorium. Our table was ready for us at the appointed time and the service, food, ambiance were all perfect!!
This is a fine place to eat and the food and service is excellent. We usually do a pre-theater lunch. The first time, I failed to make reservations and the place was overflowing. However, the young lady at the front desk worked us in within 15 minutes of our arrival. The next time, I made reservations on-line, and we were seated almost immediately. We will eat there again, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.
Dinner before concert
Staff, oblivious. Food, ordinary and overall, dont waste your time and money
Not impressed at all. Decided to leave when told that we could only order from abbreviated menu or pick buffet..Because of Opera night. Should have been informed we did go back after show for late night drink.
I made an open table reservation but they had no record of it since their reservation system was a hand written notepad.
They were only serving a limited menu and were encouraging everyone to get the $22 buffet since the kitchen was running extremely slow.
I ordered soup and salad and was told it would be faster to just get it from the buffet myself.
This place is a train wreck.
