   We were sat on the patio with a gentleman who left much to be desired when it comes to service. I worked many years for the Hillstone restaurant group and I come to BrickTops because I love the consistency of service and food! It hits the spot every time! We came for dinner Saturday evening for my birthday and ordered didn't order our regular tuna roll but tried the tuna tartar as it was new to the menu. It was beautiful but was flavorless and bland, it needed more ponzu and salt. We took a few bites and left the rest sadly. Our dinner was incredible as always we ordered the trout and ribeye. We sat for about 3 min tires waiting for silverware but everything was delicious! For dessert we order carrot cake and a coffee and cocktail. Unfortunately we had finished out dessert by the time he remembered to bring out the coffee. I get it stuff happens but in made the service a bit off. Overall we are fans and will be back - just an off night.

   I had a ceasar’s salad and added blackened salmon. It was delicious. I also had lobster bisque with sherry. It was delicious as well. I had a grapefruit vodka drink with mint that was very tasty, too!!

   Love to eat here! Our table was ready at ur reservation time. The service was impeccable! We enjoyed our food, but probably would not get the Hollywood Sushi again l, because it was too spicy hot! We will return again! Thank you!

   I like the new a La Carte menu with several seafood choices. I had a wonderful swordfish steak. Service is always top-notch, and appetizers and cocktails are great.

    Bricktops is by far the best Restaurant in Nashville. Lots of variety - food always tasty and well presented- servers and hostess always competent and professional. Great cooks - just puzzling as to how Bricktops gets it done while other restaurants faulter!

    All was well, basically. Love the Chilean Sea Bass. Was disappointed that your Chocolate Chip cookie and ice cream has gotten substantially smaller then a few years ago. Will not order again, although I love it!

    Our waitress was so attentive and pleasant we would try to book our next visit to Brick Tops around her schedule. My friend ordered prime rib medium rare but his dish came out cooked medium well. My friend is not one to mention these things or send food back so he started to eat the prime rib anyway. Our waitress was so alert she could tell his meat was not prepared to his order and brought him a new dish cooked as ordered.

    Attended the Sunday Brunch with wife, daughter and grandchild. We had the waffles, Tuna Bowl, shrimp and grits and childrens chicken tenders. All the food was excellent and the service could not have been better. It was a very enjoyable meal and even got a great thumbs up from the 6 year old. We will be back.

    We’ve been coming to Bricktops for years as longtime Nashville residents. We have never been seated next to the kitchen before in all our many visits, but it was awful. Our view was straight into the kitchen with the men’s bathroom next to that. The noise was even worse. I felt like we might be on Candid Camera because surely this is never a desirable table. Luckily the food came out quickly so we ate and left In less than an hour instead of the nice dinner date where we had planned to enjoy each other’s company and a leisurely dinner. Next time I’ll know to request a table ahead or refuse that one- but it’s really unfair to seat any patrons there as it is not an inexpensive restaurant and the poor ambiance ruined our dinner.

    Very loud in restaurant I haven’t eaten at this restaurant a ton and I feel like my food wasn’t as good this time like they rushed it and it was not cooked as well Fries needed more cooking as well as shrimp

    BrickTops is by far the best restaurant in Nashville. Always welcoming and organized (never confusion regarding reservations or seating.). Highly professional servers that are much more seasoned and accomplished than competitors. Servers listen carefully to the orders and food orders never confused. Food well prepared - generous servings - attractive presentation. Excellent overall value. Restaurant is usually pretty well full given its popularity with locals.

    I have been a customer since Bricktops opened on West End, and for years before at that location (Houston's). Bricktops on West End just keeps getting better and better. Even the dishes that have been offered for years seem to get better. Most of the time, the sound level is okay; at times, it can be too loud for me, but mostly not. The restaurant itself looks better and better. Lots of ambience. None of the restaurants similar to Bricktops are even close to the quality of the food and service of Beicktops.

    Overall, everything was very good. Our server Mariah was kind and attentive. I wanted to give a five star rating, but for the price point there is no excuse to serve luke warm/cold food.
