Chef David Pratt never ceases to amaze us with each season's interpretation of Italian based foods. This time was a perfect bianca pizza with olives and shisheto peppers and crispy prosciutto. Another dish consisted of soft pillows of ricotta and lemon ravioli with a wonderful broth, fava beans, sweet spring peas and perfectly cooked shrimp. This dish screamed springtime!

First time to Brick. Server Amanda was great explaining the menu items and offering suggestions. Homemade sausage is in many dishes and is very good. Had a pasta dish and pizza. More food than we could eat so leftovers for next day. Enjoy!

Our timing was great - the place was empty when we strolled in and filled up over the next half hour. Our service was also great, Amanda was available when we needed her and food came out quickly. Our food was prepared well and I enjoyed the copper and wood decor. The food was okay. We had the roasted cauliflower (which is roasted then battered and fried), the English pizza, and the farmer's pizza. Plenty of food

Great food and service. We have been her a couple times now and the service has always been friendly and informative. The ambiance is great, and the outdoor patio is well lit. The food is excellent- I recommend the seafood ravioli. We love coming here!

I know we review Brick often but the food is so good we tend to eat there more than anywhere else. Chef David Pratt is just beginning to bring out his new Spring menu. My husband has been begging Chef to bring back a steak and he has! It is grass fed and dry aged 42 days so it is the most tender and flavorful steak we have had in a very long time. I just do not know how he gets it so perfectly medium rare throughout and this was not sous vide. It is done on his wood grill. The potato almost like pancake was the perfect side he prepared with the steak along with the just picked vegetables. Cannot wait to make our way through the rest of the new items!

Brick never disappoints. Steven is a great server. We started with the fried cauliflower a beet salad then the meatballs and a margarita pizza. I finished with a scoop of rocky road gelato. A perfect dinner for both of us.

Love Brick. We eat there too often! It's consistently good. Owner David Pratt won't serve a menu item if he can't source the best quality.
