   This is not a comment to say the food is bad because it isn’t. This is a comment to say that the food isn’t as good as it used to be. I used to be a frequent customer and tried most everything on the menu. I don’t think there was anything that I didn’t like or was disappointed in. I haven’t eaten there in a few months. 2 nights ago I went to dinner and ordered my favorite Spaghetti. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t have a lot of flavor. Like I said it wasn’t to bash the food and I will be back to eat there again it was just my observation.

   Great service and nice server. When we asked where the sausage was in the “sausage and meatballs” we were told that it was in the sauce. The server was nice enough to get us some sausage on the side since we couldn’t see or taste it in the sauce. I would definitely go back but wouldn’t order that again!

   Our waitstaff was wonderful! She was friendly, efficient and prompt. However, the hostess was extremely rude! She seated us at a dirty table and when we asked to be seated at a clean table, she said “well, you could have moved” and seated us at the next table and THREW the menus on the table and walked away. She was our first impression and we almost left at that point. The pizza was fair. The sangria was fantastic!!

   We had a small table for 5 people but we asked if we could move to the bigger table. They let us have it & their services were very great.

   Good pizza. Service was slow but the waitress was outstanding. Sounds like a strange comment but it was based on the fact that she simply was given too many tables to handle appropriately. That, in my opinion is a management issue not the waitstaff. Drinks were good. As I looked around the restaurant a lot of folks appeared to be unhappy about the long wait to order and long wait to get the bill. Two very dangerous issues in “service to diners 101”, get the order and then get them on their way when they’re finished. A little work would make this a much better experience.

   The service was slow, we were not greeted upon arrival, and the pizza was very late to arrive, despite all others being served in our party. The server forgot my husband’s drink and brought it when we asked for the bill. Finally, there was a bug in the box they brought to take our pizza home. Overall, the food was good but the service was far from adequate.

   fantastic pizza and amazing service from Vivian who remembered us from the last time. a little hard to find on the second floor of the ward village parking lot by TJ Max but worth the effort for great comfort food.

   Overall the food was okay, but they really gotta work on their service! It was slow and we’ve had to ask several times where our orders was.

    Dropped by on the fly and luckily was able to take advantage of Happy Hour specials on pupu and drinks. Calamari, wing trio, half dozen oysters, salad and medium supreme pizza. Food came out fast but not all at same time. Service was spot on. Only gripe was that oysters were not totally shucked.
