Service was not so great. From the manager on down. After Standing at the front door waiting for the host to acknowledge us for almost 5 minutes as she took a phone order. Then was seated in an area where she nicely informed us that the waiter was not there yet and it would be a wait for a few minutes but someone would come take our drink order. After several minutes of waiting we went to the bar to ask for a drink. the manager rudely informed us that our waiter was not there yet and we would have to wait versus nicely saying your waiter will be a few minutes but may I get you a drink in the meantime. then the bartender seem exasperated that we wanted a drink and that we then moved in to the inside tables in hopes of being in a section with a server and she loudly expressed herDissatisfaction with our decision. The waiter came up gave us drinks and I kindly told him maybe the bartender should talk quieter when she talks badly about the customers so that they can’t hear you. We then finished a drink paid for it and left. we went to red Robin and got much better service and was extremely happy.
Good place, the food was just par. Take a step it up.
Sat immediately, but the kitchen was "backed up" so they warned it would be a "little bit" before we could order food. Waited 50 minutes before finally just leaving. Was told "about 10 minutes" multiple times, couldn't wait any longer. Maybe they could prioritize in-house diners (or close the inside? Was told online orders were causing the wait), or not allow open table to continue to reserve tables when completely backed up. Very disappointing as the menu looks great. If we had just been told that it could be almost an hour wait, I would have appreciated it. When we left, we practically walked next door, were sat in 5 minutes, and were eating in 15.
The server we had wore his mask only for walking from table to front to tables. As soon as he spoke, he pulled his mask completely down. This was every time he spoke. I would encourage a little better compliance.
Keep trying this place hoping the Food and the Service will improve. If you sit at the bar which is usually full the service is a Lot better. The menu is fantastic but the Food is a 3 out of 5 at best. Service outside of the Bar is never good.
One of the first places I took my wife when we first dated. Still as amazing as ever.
Nice atmosphere, and fairly quite for diner. The food is enjoyable, and a good value for the price. The tots are delicious.
We waited an hour for our food, when it arrived it wasn’t at all warm. We ordered the philly cheesesteak and mac and cheese burger. The cheesesteak was about half full with very little onion and no peppers, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The hamburger wasn’t warm, mac and cheese on it was ok, just not warm. We ordered the house made chips; they were terrible; tasted like old oil.
We visited on a Wednesday night, so it wasn't very busy. The food was underwhelming for the price and the service wasn't great either. Also, you could hear the cooks, who were taking a break in the back, talking about the customers. They should try a bit harder.
The waitress was horrible. She didn’t know what she was doing. She brought my wine with not the correct serving size and then she told me that was how they did it but everyone else in the restaurant who has white wine had double the serving I did. The appetizers we had were cold and mushy. We told her and she just said sorry.
Service was terrible. 45 minutes just for appetizers. Dinner came cold and over-cooked. Manager was nice and gave a discount but food was so cold it wasn't even edible.
We keep trying here but keep getting disappointed. Despite having a reservation for a high top and calling ahead to make sure we could sit on the patio near a TV, we were told there was nothing available and it would be "a while" before they could seat us. Hostess had an attitude and finally pointed to a table and said "you can sit there". Not 2 minutes later, a table where we wanted to sit opened up and we asked if we could move and again we were made to feel we were imposing. However, our server was excellent and very friendly. But one of our meals came out a full 12 minutes after the other three were brought out. We ended up finishing our drinks and going somewhere else to watch the game.
The service was friendly and the food delicious! The outdoor patio was pleasant.
The waitstaff was nice. Food was meh...
The food was cold and the soda was flat. We expressed our concern about the soda to our server who brought another one but said he couldn’t guarantee that it would be any better because there “might be something wrong with the CO2”. He made no apology or attempt to fix the situation. We were seated on the covered patio. It was fairly loud. The food was generally okay.
Great food, and decent service. The beer was good but the selection is limited.
Love eating here. Casual and comfy
We had a great time. Service was a little slow.
Great patio, service was very good. Food was nothing to brag about. Tough to screw up a salad, but the presentation on the BBQ Chicken Salad was probably the worst I have seen in a long time. I had Fish & Chips, and the fish was way over cooked...tarter sauce appeared old based on the discoloration of the sauce and the film that had formed over the top. But the beer was cold, my wife loved her adult beverage and the server was nice.
Go here if you want COVID.
Service could of been better. Was that she was bad but not as attentive for how slow it was. Drinks took a long time to get.
Great food and service! We will definitely return. We loved the fried chicken - amazing!
Food is hit and miss. Good service & nice when you can enjoy the patio.
Happy to see them open again. We love the drunken pork chops
Friend’s Birthday; Great time and friendly staff.
With COVID dining is really spread out, which is fine. Makes it quieter even with the bar being busy. Service was a bit slow as they had just reopened and were trying to organize how this new dining would work. Very pleasant and never waited long except for bar drinks due to packed bar. Food was good, I had lobster BLT which was great, my sons' chicken fingers were a little over cooked. Limited menu for now, but still choices to please everyone!
It was a fun place to meet up with friends
Yum yum. Nice to finally get out and enjoy some brew house food. Had a very tasty Ale from Tempe az. It's light and not too fruity or sweet. I'd recommend it for sure. Enjoyed the crispy duck wings and club sandwich. Both were tasty but the beer was the star.
Had a great time on our first outing after the lock down. Felt good to be out and BH delivered.
This was probably the second night of re-opening after the 'stay at home' orders. All staff were wearing masks. Diners were spaced appropriately. Disposable menus and sanitizer available at the entrance. Limited menu, but good options. Food was good. We had the steak and chicken pot pie, also ordered martinis. Service was a little slow but not being super picky since this is a new experience for all of us. Staff were very friendly. A good experience and happy to be dining out again.
Tim our waiter was excellent and very attentive to our needs. All of our meals were great.
The two extra items we ordered were the only items we thought could have been better tasting, the pretzels, which were more like big breadsticks, were too big and very dry and the homemade potato chips needed salt. Otherwise, we really liked everything and would absolutely go back.
The waitress apologized from the very beginning that they were short staffed and asked if it was okay because the food would take a little longer to come out. Since we were there with friends enjoying our dinner, we did not care and it was great.
Our server was terrific! He was there when we needed him and he was a joy! 8 of us at the table, we come here frequently (due to being able to open table our reservations) having one in a wheelchair. My husband and I were disappointed in our flatbread, it was dry, burned and unappealing.
The remaining at the table enjoyed their entrees.
I hope our next visit is better.
Thanks for having our table ready!
Food and service were great, we will be back.
Poor service, cold food, burnt eggs. Not sure what the staff was doing. The restaurant wasn't busy and we didn't see our waitress or any other wait staff for minutes at a time. We will not return!
The appetizer was not great (the sampler) and then we found a big hair in it and they still charged us for it. The manager was polite and apologized. The food, for the price was not worth it.
Food was absolutely delicious! Staff was friendly and attentive. Great ambiance.
We had a great Valentine's dinner.
Food was pretty good, my daughters grilled cheese was terrible. The drinks were great and the service was great. I would certainly give them another try.
Food came out cold
