Completely understandable due to shortages, but they were out of a lot of the bar menu items. Our server was excellent at suggesting substitute items and we were able to get a lot of drinks free of charge. The food was okay.
Dining room, was overcrowded and noisy. Server worked hard to overcome problems with our food order, which came out wrong. Food just wasn’t that great.
Very enjoyable. Solid service and really liked sitting by the fire
We arrived 5 m
I have been going to brick house for what seems like nearly 10 years, I can count on one hand the number of bad meals(one time) I have had over that time and that was fixed within seconds. This place will always be on my list of top places to chill and catch up with a few friends, have some good eats and make memories.
Food was good. Booths are in need of repair; time to update a bit.
Enjoyed our outdoor heated seating. Our server, Felix P., was helpful and friendly despite working a double shift.
We had a great time and will be back again next year for our family reunion.
Food was great but most of all I want to thank our waiter Shawn. He was excellent and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond!!!!!
Disappointing. Out of Skrewball and 5 different bourbons that were on the menu. Wife ordered flatbread pizza - was told the oven was broke. She ordered onion soup and the bowl was literally 95% full of actual onion. I ordered the BBQ Chicken salad. Looked nothing like the menu picture having almost no BBQ sauce. Had to track down waiter to get more sauce to make it edible. They delivered BBQ wing appetizer and it took 10 minutes to get plates and napkins.
Some of the food was cold when brought out.
Cozy atmosphere, great food, broad selection with lots of variety. Service was really good!
Everything was delicious. Service was great.
We ordered all appetizers and was surprised how small the portions were. That would be the only improvement.
Bartender not good- drinks not made good missing ingredients, didn’t know what kind of cup a mule came in. I get they might have been short staffed. Party was two couples both ordered the appetizer sampler, one sampler was gone before the other came to the table missing items, food taste was okay. Had to ask the service multiple times for something. Had foil chunks in drink.
Good service, good food. We were a group of 10 and the wait staff were great
This experience was not so great. It took over a hour for us to get our lukewarm food and the “shift leader” had an attitude as soon as she got to our table. Our server, Ben did a great job given the circumstances. He could definitely teach the shift-leader about trying to make a bad situation a little more bearable. Will go back, but not for a while.
Great food and great service just hate that they ran out of wings otherwise I have no complaints…
My steak was overcooked - but we were in a rush, so can’t blame them.
I like the atmosphere there, its one of my go to places when I am in Chesterfield Valley. There food there is good too.
Made a reservation on Open Table... arrived and was told that they don’t accept reservations during the week... and had to wait 30 minutes. This is despite me calling the restaurant that afternoon.. of which was told to use Open Table when I asked if they accepted reservations
This place was disappointing!! We looked on open table for a place to eat. This place came up and on the menu on open table they advertised a lent special for fish and chips for $9.99. We thought that was great so we booked a table. When we were seated the server asked if we wanted the all you can eat fish and chips. I told her we wanted the $9.99 special. She said they didn’t have a $9.99 special but we could order from the scannable menu on the table. We told her we would do the fish and chips but didn’t want the all you can eat. I’m sure she sensed my aggravation about it so she didn’t really check on us before food. She came over when she had to refill an empty glass but other than that she didn’t bother us. So when the bill came I pulled up the website and showed it to her. She said that they were bought out by Landry’s and aren’t allowed to change the website. I was confused because the advertised special stated that it was through Good Friday on April 3 so this was a recent advertisement. I told her that was the reason I booked the reservation because of the price and wanting fish. Maybe i was being difficult because of the price but this was a $10 price difference. She basically said sorry there is nothing she can do because the website isn’t owned by them and they can’t change it. No offer to at least comp our drinks because of the false advertising or even making it right because that’s what you do. She offered nothing to make it right. Our bill came and it was $42!!! While there was plenty of fish it was so extremely greasy, we barely ate one piece. If they were indeed bought out by Landry’s do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it!
Everything was amazing!
Menu looked great. Therefore we were excited to try this restaurant. Many of the customers came in with no masks and the restaurant staff said nothing about it. The food was good, but the service was horrible! The place was dirty too. We will not be back.
Service and food was good, the table was sticky and not clean when we were seated.
Food was good, nothing super special. Service was okay. Ambiance was the best. I loved the huge fireplace. Some tables had couches, though we weren’t seated there.
Brick House has some amazing food & drinks!! Most of all my favorite Walter, devan, always gives the best service! Looking forward to coming back
We had 8 pm reservations and they were out of almost everything we wanted.
Food was ok. Nothing spectacular. Waitress was overworked and running around like crazy trying to keep up. Ambiance was nice. Clean.
Nice place to have lunch with friends! Need a little more staff to assist with seating, otherwise nice place!
The restaurant was not busy so I was REALLY happy about that. The food was pretty good. I loved the duck wings! I think they ran out of my husband’s favorite beer. The service was great, our server was friendly & energetic.
Our reservation was at 10:30...the same time their kitchen closed. However, one of the cooks Mario, was very kind and still took our order (we kept it simple) but that was really nice of him.
Sat outside by fire pit. Patio could use cleaning. Dirty tables and leaves everywhere. Food was just okay. Service was good.
Food, drinks and service were excellent!
Food was great when we actually received it. Got seated. 10 minutes later someone took our drink order. Drinks came about another 10 minutes after that. Waited another 10 minutes and put our food order in. We ordered an appetizer which was literally just chips and cheese. Took 15 minutes just to get our appetizer. Not even 5 minutes after the appetizer came out, our food showed up. Food was great...service, not so much. And it wasn’t even busy.
Waitress was rude and it took over an hour to get our food.
Excellent atmosphere and terrific service. Prices are reasonable too.
I’ve not dined at Brick House in over 3 years. This was such a mistake on my part. The service and food were amazing. The lobster Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return again much sooner.
Food was great I think our server name was Kelsey and even though she was swamped she was still doing a great job
Went for lunch. It was OK. Let’s just say, “very average”. Seems tired and in need of a good cleaning and makeover.
First time customer. Enjoyed healthier options: Brussel Sprouts, Onion Soup, Deviled Eggs.
Service was slow even though restaurant was about 1/2 full.
Food quality was below average. Fish and Chips- all breading with mushy white fish. Could have been lutefisk! Fries were
OK. Good deviled eggs and drinks were tasty but overpriced.
Atmosphere was cool with covered patio. Outside patio looks like it would be fun in the summer.
