Great place! Interesting decor and menu items to suit varied interests.
Service was excellent-food very good- we had a great experience
The past few times, B&B appears to push customers out the door. Our reservation was at 7:30 on a Sunday. We left in less than 50 minutes d/t persistent staff and the chairs on the table around us. Also, the bar closed at 8 with no last call. It is not the same restaurant as it was a few years ago.
Great ambiance, exceptional and interesting menu, fun mixed drinks, delicious pizzas, apps, sandwiches, and desserts. Nice service, easy parking in lot. Oh - and table was ready right on time!
We loved our server, but must say that the Philly Cheese steak was beyond awful. Drinks, octopus salad and Mahi Mahi were very good.
Cocktails are great. Food is greasy. Ambiance is really nice.
Our waitress was outstanding and made incredible suggestions on food! The atmosphere was fun and fresh and very inviting. The food and drinks were high quality and expertly made. We can’t wait to go back!
Nice place to go for a casual lunch, dinner or hang out and watch the game etc...
We asked the waitress for a glass because the beer was in a can. She brought a glass but it was filled with ice! Like what was up with that? Inexperienced server. Wanted dessert but she said the kitchen was closed. It was after 9pm but you would think that the desserts would not require much kitchen prep. I would give the place a second chance but with a different server.
Everything was great. we felt a little rushed to get out of the building by our waiter, he was being very attentive but almost too much, i.e. we put our forks down because we were talking and he would come over to ask if we needed boxes. he was very polite, just it felt like he wanted us out of there immediately, when trying to catch up with former colleagues. Food was great the restaurant was awesome, we really enjoyed the night and were able to relax, and have plenty of leftovers.
Great Service, Great food and drinks. The servers were super friendly and efficient. The place has a really cool vibe
When we first got there there was a disagreement happening between a person who thought he had a reservation for a large party and he was getting quite indignant with the manager which was very uncomfortable. The host did apologize to us. Our waiter was very attentive. Almost too attentive. I kind of feel that he pushed me into ordering a second round of drinks that I didn’t need. We ordered the fried pickles which we’ve had in the past and loved and I feel like they must’ve change the way they do the recipe and they weren’t as good this time. My date and I each enjoyed our entrées. I also ran into one of my neighbors there as well. In the middle of the night both my date and I both got sick from some thing. The only thing we shared were the pickles. My neighbor ate a completely different food and also got sick so I don’t know what the common denominator is there except that we all had some thing fried so will probably pass on that next time
3 ladies, 3 delicious salads! Great attentive service.
We'll be back
Our server, Piper was awesome. Friendly, personable and really nice to be around. The food was great... love the menu. Was nice to sit outside on a beautiful day.
The food was cold and uninspired. The menu is trying too hard for a sports bar type ambience. They had a better menu pre-pandemic. This is the first time we’ve been there since the pandemic started. Very disappointed. The server was lovely.
Expect to pay a little more here but the food is delicious and the place has a great ambiance.
Great food and atmosphere!
The menu options were okay, there used to be a more interesting menu & great food. The food was just okay and pricey for what we got. We sat on the deck which was nice. Overall, just an okay dining experience and we’ve been there several times.
We have visited several times and always find something delicious on the menu. Burnt ends and the deviled eggs are favs. Do NOT get the lobster roll though. On this trip, it was not served as described.... it was on a hamburger bun instead of how it was described as a split toasted roll and the lobster was not pieces but more like ground up pink lobster like substance that could have almost been imitation crab. More like a $24 fennel paste. Having said that- this would not stop me from coming back! The service and drinks were great. Just avoid this and they should take this off the menu. Yikes.
It was an amazing restaurant, great food options for vegetarians, exceptional ambience, friendly team, easy to reserve the table. Never had fried pickle before this visit, was thrilled to try it. What a great day to celebrate birthday of my friend.
Loved the open indoor space so you felt you were outside. The food was as good as ever. Capone drink was perfect amount of spice. Service was quick, which is what we prefer!
It is one of our go-to neighborhood places. Reliable good food and great ambiance. We love the deck. Also yummy creative cocktails!
Truly enjoy Brick n Brew, the food is consistently Good and lots of Seasonal items. The Bar & Cocktails are Amazing!
Like So Many places Post Covid - the ongoing short staffing affects the dining experience. Our Server Holly was lovely but just not enough of her to go around. Feel
So bad for
Great atmosphere and food.. The watermelon margaritas are amazing!
Great place for outside dining with attentive wait staff!
Our lunch was "okay". The enchiladas camorones were good, but not completely warmed all the way through and I thought the portion size was relatively small for $15. I also got the Spinach Calarmari salad which was very good, but very little spinach for $15 so I woudnt consider it a full on salad.
My husband got the mahi lettuce wraps and the mahi was very overcooked and dry. He did say he enjoyed the deviled eggs.
Great decor, love love this place and the variety of drinks
Our server Danielle was great. Place had a good crowd. Always a fun menu. App came out fairly quickly. Our main courses took a long time. They brought my wife's meal out 10 or so minutes before mine came out. I got chicken and waffles. The chicken was piping hot, the waffles were ice cold as if they had been sitting for a while. All in all I'd go back! Not a big deal, but since you asked!
Great food and drinks. Love this place
Food was pretty good. Small portion on the Dover Sole. Sandwiches were good. Salad was big. Drinks were Pricey. Great deck with comfy seats- atmosphere was excellent.
Great atmosphere with friendly staff and good bar.
This visit exceeded our expectations. Delicious! Mussels, deviled eggs and braised rib pizza - cocktails are all 🔥
Food wasn’t good Fried potatoes too greasy and the fish over cooked.
Very good cocktails, good collection of spirits and wines
Deviled eggs are the best to start the food, very good selection of entrees
We sat outside on a lovely evening. Enjoyed a fresh tasting mushroom pizza that was larger than anticipated. The dough was perfectly tender. Also a delicious brisket sandwich. Comfortable ambiance and noise level.
Not a place I would go back to or recommend. Service was poor and there were only a handful of tables occupied. Food was ok.
Great food and service
Love the strawberry fields drink! And the pineapple stuffed with pulled pork. We also got the cauliflower bites and yum!
Found Brick and Brew searching Open Table for a Friday celebration spot 4 days out & really appreciated the option to make a Special Requirement request, specifying “Celebration. Table good for conversation”. Night of our dinner I would’ve been happy if our party of four could’ve sat in a corner or along a wall, but No, the Hostess planted us smack in the middle of that noisy, cavernous room with no apologies or willingness to discuss options.
Good news is we enjoyed our cocktails (including a flight of bourbons), the Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Fried Chicken Sandwich, Fig & Feta Pizza, and Pub Pretzel were pleasing to most, and our waitress was fabulous. But the Mahi-Mahi Lettuce Wraps were stunningly bad - rock hard, over salted and inedible, the Crab Dip had us wondering if it contained any real crab, and even caramel sauce couldn’t disguise tough (pizza dough?) Beignets.
I’m not saying Brick and Brew wouldn’t appeal to folks with their gastropub decor, but the experience was terribly inconsistent and fell way short of the hype.
After sitting for 15 minutes, we had to ask if there was a waiter for a table. Finally got drinks and ordered. In our party of four, two meals were served. Five minutes later the third meal was served. And 10 minutes later the last meal was served. I had a hummus platter that was good but the others didn’t think their meals had any flavor.
To start, our server Tori was wonderful, friendly and fantastic. She kept us aware of when our food would ready, she is super!
We share some great foods, Brussels Spouts, Fig and Feta pizza and an awesome beet salad, highly recommend all of these delicious foodies!
